Create a sample

Each sample needs a product and a quantity; the account, contact and opportunity are optional.

Track the shipment

Set it to Sent with a tracking number and the sent date, then to Delivered.

Record the result

Move it to Under evaluation, write the test notes and set the result: positive, conditional or negative.
