PromptLab Integrations

PromptLab is an AI-native CRM for B2B sales teams. It connects to the tools your team already uses so customer conversations, calendar events, and CRM records stay in sync.

Every integration follows the same pattern: connect from the Apps page in PromptLab, use it from the customer records you already work in, disconnect from the same Apps page or from the third-party service.

All integration connections are managed on one page in PromptLab: Settings → Apps at https://supplier.trypromptlab.com/settings/apps. You connect a new integration by clicking Connect on its card, and you disconnect by clicking Disconnect on the same card.

Zoom

Schedule and manage Zoom meetings from a customer record; import meetings scheduled directly in Zoom into the CRM timeline.

Adding

  1. Sign in to PromptLab and open https://supplier.trypromptlab.com/settings/apps.

  2. Find the Zoom card and click Connect.

  3. Authorize the requested permissions on Zoom’s consent screen.

  4. Zoom redirects you back to PromptLab. The card shows Connected with your Zoom email.

Usage

  • Schedule: open a contact or account, click New Meeting, choose Zoom, fill in the details, save. The Zoom join link is stored on the CRM record.

  • Edit or cancel: open the meeting in PromptLab and change the title, agenda, start time, or duration; changes push back to Zoom. Cancelling in PromptLab removes the Zoom meeting.

  • Sync from Zoom: meetings you book directly in Zoom’s web or desktop app appear on the CRM timeline within 30 minutes.

  • Recording: meetings are recorded and transcribed by a Recall.ai bot that joins as a participant. Transcripts attach to the CRM record after the meeting.

Removing

  • From PromptLab: open https://supplier.trypromptlab.com/settings/apps, find the Zoom card, click Disconnect. The access token is deleted from PromptLab.

  • From Zoom: https://marketplace.zoom.us → Manage → Added Apps → find PromptLab → Remove.

  • Historical meetings imported into PromptLab remain on the CRM as records of past customer conversations. To delete them, email nurilloh@trypromptlab.com.
