Frequently asked questions

What is a CRM MCP server?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants use to call outside tools. PromptLab's MCP server turns your CRM into those tools, so an assistant can search, create and update records during a conversation.

Can it connect without a browser sign-in?

It needs one browser sign-in to approve access. PromptLab's MCP server uses OAuth and does not issue static API keys.

Which PromptLab plans include MCP?

Every paid plan — Basic, Professional and Enterprise. Bulk create and update tools need Professional or above.
