Attio vs PromptLab
It's one of the best-designed of the new AI-native CRMs: you define every object, attribute and workflow, and up to three seats are free. For a team selling products, quotes, price lists and orders are left for you to build, and call recording waits for the Pro plan at $79 a seat.
We ship your sales objects ready-made, not a model to design first. Quotes, price lists, sales orders and sample tracking are ready on the Basic plan, and meetings are recorded, transcribed and summarised from $11.99. WhatsApp and Telegram sit in the Inbox next to email.

Price and features at a glance
No data model to design first. We arrive with quotes, price lists and sales orders already built, and record meetings from $11.99 instead of $79.
Attio prices (billed annually; free plan for 3 seats) and features checked on 30 September 2026 at Pricing, Call Intelligence, AI, MCP server, Exporting lists and views. Ours are billed monthly; Enterprise is $79 a month billed yearly. See our pricing page.
Sales objects ready-made, not built from scratch
Attio's data model is a blank canvas, and that's its appeal. Quotes, price lists, sales orders and samples aren't in it, so someone has to design them before the team can quote.
We ship all four on the account and the deal from the Basic plan. Set up your customer price lists and create the first quote in the same week you sign up.
Call recording from $11.99, not $79
Call Intelligence records, transcribes and summarises calls, but only from Attio's Pro plan at $79 a seat a month, billed annually. On the cheaper plans, nothing records the call.
We record calls on our $11.99 Basic plan, in over 100 languages. After the call you get a summary and a follow-up draft; before the next one, a brief on the account.
WhatsApp and Telegram next to email
It syncs email but not WhatsApp or Telegram. When a buyer replies on WhatsApp, the thread sits on one rep's phone, out of the team's sight.
In PromptLab, email, WhatsApp and Telegram share one Inbox the whole team can see, each thread on the right contact. WhatsApp runs on your own WhatsApp Business number, Telegram on your company's bot.
LinkedIn profiles saved in one click
To capture LinkedIn profiles, it relies on third-party apps from its marketplace. That's one more tool to choose, connect and keep working.
PromptLab's own Chrome extension saves a LinkedIn profile to the CRM in one click. Prospects found on LinkedIn become contacts the whole team can see, without copying and pasting.
How to switch from Attio
Four steps to move your team and your data over.
1. Export a view from Attio
Open a table or kanban view, select Import / Export at the top right, and choose Export view as CSV or Export view as Excel.
2. Select Import in PromptLab
Open the Accounts, Contacts or Deals list and select Import. Upload the file, or pick it straight from Google Drive.
3. Map attributes to fields
Match each attribute to its field, such as company, contact or deal stage. Tasks and notes import the same way, so history comes with you.
4. Test it during the trial
Run real deals through it during the 14-day free trial. For a large workspace, our Enterprise plan includes data migration support.

Frequently asked questions
Is Attio a CRM?
Yes, it's an AI-native CRM built on a data model you define yourself, with AI agents and its own MCP server. Teams of up to three can use it free.
Which is better, Attio or PromptLab?
That depends on what you need: its flexible data model and polished interface suit a team that wants to design its own CRM. We're the better fit if you sell products and want quotes, price lists and meeting recording ready on the first plan.
Is PromptLab cheaper than Attio?
Once you need call recording, yes. It records calls from its $79 Pro plan, billed annually, and we record meetings from $11.99. For up to three people who don't need recording, its free plan costs less.
Can I move my data over?
Yes. Export any view as CSV or Excel, then select Import on our Accounts, Contacts or Deals list and map the columns.
Who benefits most from switching?
Teams that sell products and want quotes, samples and price lists on day one, rather than a CRM to design first. If you enjoy building every object yourself, it will feel more at home.
