HubSpot vs PromptLab
It's the most polished all-in-one suite around: a free CRM, marketing tools few rivals match, and a Starter plan from $7 a seat a month billed annually. For a team selling products, quoting sits in the separate Revenue Hub, sales orders and price lists are missing, and Professional or Enterprise adds a $1,500–$3,500 onboarding fee.
What it spreads across hubs, we keep in one plan: quotes, price lists, sales orders and sample tracking, recorded and summarised meetings, and WhatsApp and Telegram beside email. Plans start at $11.99, with no onboarding fee.
Every call recorded and transcribed
Zoom, Meet and Teams calls are recorded and transcribed on every plan, with who said what.

- Yes: Calls recorded and transcribed
WhatsApp chats in your CRM

A price list for every customer
Key-account, regional and distributor prices, so reps quote from agreed prices.

Price and features at a glance
Instead of buying sales tools hub by hub, with an onboarding fee on the upper plans, get quotes, meeting recording and WhatsApp on every plan, for one per-seat price from $11.99 a month.
HubSpot prices (billed annually, plus a $1,500–$3,500 onboarding fee) and features checked on 30 September 2026 at Sales Hub pricing, Revenue Hub quote software, WhatsApp integration, MCP servers, Single sign-on (SSO). Ours are billed monthly; Enterprise is $79 a month billed yearly. See our pricing page.
Quotes without a second hub
Quoting now lives in Revenue Hub, a separate HubSpot product sold on top of Sales Hub. Sales orders and price lists aren't there at all, so the order side of the deal ends up in spreadsheets.
PromptLab keeps quotes, price lists and sales orders on the account and the deal, from the $11.99 Basic plan. There is nothing extra to buy and no custom object to build first.
Every meeting recorded from the first plan
Call recording and transcripts start on Sales Hub Professional, at $90 a seat a month billed annually. Starter doesn't record or transcribe calls at all.
We record meetings on every plan, in over 100 languages. By the time the call ends, the summary is written, the follow-up email is drafted and the deal is up to date.
WhatsApp and Telegram in the same Inbox
Buyers often answer on their phones, but WhatsApp is an add-on there and Telegram isn't supported, so many of those threads stay on a rep's own device.
Our shared Inbox holds email, WhatsApp and Telegram, each thread on the right contact. WhatsApp runs on your own WhatsApp Business number and Telegram on your company's bot, so the conversation stays with the company.
One price per seat, no onboarding fee
HubSpot's seat price is only part of the bill. Professional and Enterprise carry a one-off onboarding fee of $1,500 to $3,500, and quoting and WhatsApp are add-ons on top.
We have three plans, at $11.99, $23.99 and $99 a user a month, billed monthly. None of them carries an onboarding fee, and Basic and Professional start with a 14-day free trial.
How to switch from HubSpot
Four steps to move your team and your data over.
1. Connect HubSpot
Open Settings → Apps, find its card and select Connect. Sign in via the pop-up to approve access.
2. Select Sync now
Accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities come across from it. The sync runs both ways, so an update in either system shows up in the other.
3. Import quotes and notes
Export quotes, tasks and notes as CSV or Excel. Select Import on the matching list, upload the file or pick it from Google Drive, and map the columns.
4. Run both while you decide
Keep the sync on through your 14-day free trial, so nobody works from stale data. PromptLab's Enterprise plan adds data migration support for the rest.

Frequently asked questions
Is HubSpot a CRM?
Yes. Its free Smart CRM sits at the centre of its marketing, sales and service hubs. Paid Sales Hub plans add tools such as call recording, and quoting now sits in the separate Revenue Hub.
Which is better, HubSpot or PromptLab?
It wins if marketing and sales must run in one suite, since its marketing automation goes far beyond a sales CRM. We're the pick if you sell products and want quotes, meeting recording, WhatsApp and Telegram on every plan without adding hubs.
Is PromptLab cheaper than HubSpot?
Once you need call recording, yes. It records calls from $90 a seat a month billed annually, with a $1,500–$3,500 onboarding fee on Professional and Enterprise. We record meetings from $11.99. For basic contact management, its $7 Starter plan costs less.
Can I move my data over?
Yes. Connect your current CRM under Settings → Apps and select Sync now: accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities sync both ways. Bring quotes, tasks and notes across from a CSV or Excel export.
Who is PromptLab best for?
B2B teams that sell products, such as manufacturers and distributors, whose deals run through quotes, samples and customer meetings. If your growth depends on inbound marketing, an all-in-one marketing suite is the better fit.
