GoHighLevel vs PromptLab
It's an all-in-one marketing platform for agencies: funnels, websites, SMS and email campaigns, a CRM and AI agents, sold per agency account with client sub-accounts. Calls, messages and AI are billed by usage on top of the plan, and WhatsApp is a paid add-on.
We're a sales CRM for manufacturers and distributors. Quotes, samples, price lists and sales orders live on the account and the deal; meetings are recorded, summarised and followed up for you; WhatsApp and Telegram sit next to email, and LinkedIn profiles save in one click.

Price and features at a glance
HighLevel is built for marketing agencies running many client accounts. We're built for teams that sell products: quotes, samples and price lists on the deal, meetings recorded and summarised, and WhatsApp and Telegram next to email.
GoHighLevel prices (plus usage for calls, messages and ai) and features checked on 2 October 2026 at Pricing, AI product pricing, Phone system pricing, Estimates, Exporting contacts, Fathom in workflows, MCP server, Single sign-on. Ours are billed monthly; Enterprise is $79 a month billed yearly. See our pricing page.
Built for a product sale, not a marketing funnel
HighLevel is made for agencies: client sub-accounts, funnels, websites and campaigns, with its plans priced around how many clients an agency runs. A plant or a distributor uses a small part of it.
We're built around how industrial sales work: accounts with several buyers, long deals, quotes and samples, repeat orders. The pipeline, the account and the paperwork are the product, not one module of many.
Samples, price lists and sales orders on the deal
It can send estimates and invoices, but there's no sample tracking, no customer price lists and no B2B sales orders, so those still live in spreadsheets next to the CRM.
We keep sample requests and results, customer price lists, quotes and sales orders on the account and the deal, on every plan. When a buyer asks where the sample is, the answer is on the record.
Meetings recorded and summarised for you
HighLevel records phone calls on its own phone system, billed per minute, and transcription costs extra. For video meetings it relies on a Fathom integration rather than its own notetaker.
We record and transcribe your meetings, write the summary, fill in the CRM and draft the follow-up email, ready to review. No separate notetaker to buy or connect.
Ready for your sales team on day one
HighLevel is organised around an agency and its client sub-accounts, with rebilling and SaaS Mode built into the plans. For an in-house sales team, that's structure to work around.
We start with the objects a manufacturer or distributor already uses: accounts, contacts, deals, quotes, samples and orders. Import your list, connect email and calendar, and the team can work the same day.
How to switch from GoHighLevel
Four steps to move your team and your data over.
1. Export from HighLevel
In Contacts, open a Smart List, select the contacts and choose More, then Export. For deals, open Opportunities, use the ⋮ menu and select Export Opportunities. The files wait in Bulk Actions.
2. Select Import in PromptLab
Open the Accounts, Contacts or Deals list, select Import and upload the CSV, or pick it from Google Drive.
3. Map the columns
Match its fields to ours. Their export only includes the columns shown in the table, so add the fields you need to the view before you export.
4. Help for larger moves
Moving many sub-accounts or a big contact base? Our Enterprise plan includes data migration support and a dedicated account manager. Smaller teams can test the move during the 14-day free trial.

Frequently asked questions
Is GoHighLevel a CRM?
It includes one, inside a wider marketing platform for agencies: funnels, websites, campaigns, a phone system and AI agents, sold per agency account with client sub-accounts.
Which is better, GoHighLevel or PromptLab?
For an agency running marketing for many clients, HighLevel. For a manufacturer or distributor selling products, we fit better: quotes, samples, price lists and sales orders on the deal, and meetings summarised for you.
Is PromptLab cheaper than GoHighLevel?
It depends on team size. HighLevel starts at $97 a month per account with unlimited users, plus usage for calls, messages and AI. We start at $11.99 per seat, so a small sales team usually pays less with us; a large one may not.
Can I move my data over?
Yes. Export contacts and opportunities from HighLevel as CSV, then select Import on our Accounts, Contacts or Deals list and map the columns.
Who should consider switching?
Teams that use HighLevel mainly as a sales CRM for a product business, and keep samples, price lists and orders somewhere else. An agency selling marketing services to clients should stay.
