How does Claude connect to PromptLab?

Through PromptLab's MCP server, which you add in Claude as a custom connector. You sign in to PromptLab once and approve access.

Can Claude change the CRM, or only read it?

Both. Claude can create and update accounts, contacts, leads, quotes, tasks and notes. It cannot delete records or touch billing, roles or users.

Which PromptLab plans include MCP?

Every paid plan — Basic, Professional and Enterprise. Bulk create and update tools need Professional or above.
