SavvyCal has two paid plans: Basic at $10 and Premium at $17. It has no free trial, but every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee, and you can set SavvyCal up for free and pay once you share your links. Meeting polls are free on every plan.

Free plan, round robin and routing

Cal.com's free plan covers one person with unlimited event types and calendars. Round-robin scheduling, routing forms and booking analytics start on Teams at $12. Organizations at $28 adds unlimited sub-teams and routing by custom variables.

SavvyCal puts team scheduling with round robin, collective and group modes on Basic at $10, along with unlimited scheduling links and calendars. Its pricing page doesn't list routing forms.

Payments, branding and reminders

Cal.com accepts Stripe and PayPal payments on its free plan, and email and SMS notifications are on the free plan too. Video links work with Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cal Video and 20+ other tools.

SavvyCal takes paid bookings through Stripe only on Premium at $17. Premium also adds your own domain, removal of SavvyCal branding and emails sent from your own address. Reminders, workflows and conferencing integrations are on both plans.

CRM integrations and AI

Cal.com's free plan includes two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync. It also has a one-click import of Calendly events, which helps a team moving over.

SavvyCal lists CRM integrations on both plans. Both plans also include an MCP connection, so Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant can find times and book meetings.

We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.

Using it with a CRM

PromptLab connects to Calendly and Cal.com. Each booking becomes a meeting in the CRM, matched to the contact by the invitee's email.

The meeting then sits on the contact's record next to their emails, calls and deals, so the rep who takes it sees the whole history first.
