Pricing: $10 to $16 against $10 to $17
Calendly's paid plans are Standard at $10, Teams at $16 and Enterprise from $15k a year for 50 seats. It also has a Free plan with one event type and one calendar connection.
SavvyCal has two plans: Basic at $10 and Premium at $17. You can set it up for free and pay once you share your links. Meeting polls are free on every plan, and every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Team scheduling and round robin
On SavvyCal, team scheduling is in the $10 Basic plan. That covers round robin, collective and group modes.
On Calendly, round-robin and team scheduling need Teams at $16. If round robin is your main reason to buy, SavvyCal costs less.
Routing forms
Calendly's Teams plan includes forms that qualify, route and schedule leads, and Enterprise adds Salesforce lookup routing.
SavvyCal's pricing page does not list routing forms, so a team that needs to send bookers to different people by their answers should check with SavvyCal before buying.
Payments and branding
Calendly collects payments through Stripe and PayPal from Standard at $10. SavvyCal's paid bookings run through Stripe and need Premium at $17.
Premium also adds your own domain, removal of SavvyCal branding and emails sent from your own address. Calendly's Standard plan covers payments for less.
Reminders, video links and CRM
Both add reminders and video links in their entry paid plan. Calendly's reminders start on Standard, and it adds Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams details to meetings. SavvyCal's reminders and workflows, conferencing integrations and CRM integrations are on both plans.
Calendly names its CRM links: HubSpot on Standard, then Marketo, Pardot and Salesforce on Teams. SavvyCal's page lists CRM integrations without naming them, so check that yours is supported.
We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.
Using it with a CRM
PromptLab connects to Calendly and Cal.com. Each booking becomes a meeting in the CRM, matched to the contact by the invitee's email.
The meeting then sits on the contact's record next to their emails, calls and deals, so the rep who takes it sees the whole history first.
