Trengo meters conversations, meaning any reply within a 7-day window: 6,000 a year on Boost and 18,000 on Pro, with extra conversations at €15 per 100. Its pricing page lists all WhatsApp service conversations as free, and charges additional WhatsApp, voice and SMS with an AI surcharge per usage.

Wati bills per message by its rate card, and the price varies with the recipient's country and the template type. It has no setup fee for the WhatsApp API. Extra automation triggers are $25 a month per 1,000, and each extra WhatsApp number is $29 a month.
