Set up your PromptLab workspace: tools and team invite
Learn how to sign up for PromptLab, connect your communication tools, and invite your team to start capturing deals automatically.
This page walks you through everything you need to do after creating your PromptLab account — from signing up for a free trial to connecting your email, calendar, and messaging tools, and getting your team set up with the right roles.
Sign up for a free trial
PromptLab offers a 14-day free trial on both the Pro and Business plans. You access PromptLab entirely through your web browser — no software to install.
Go to the signup page
Visit supplier.trypromptlab.com and click Start free trial.
Choose your plan
Select Pro or Business to start your 14-day trial. You can switch plans at any time before your trial ends.
Create your account
Enter your work email address and set a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to confirm your account and log in.
Connect your communication tools
PromptLab captures deal activity automatically from the tools your team already uses. The more tools you connect, the more complete your pipeline data will be.
Connect every communication tool your team uses daily — email, video calls, and messaging — so PromptLab can capture every customer interaction without manual effort.
Open integrations
Go to Settings > Integrations > Email.
Choose your email provider
Select Gmail or Outlook and click Connect.
Authorize access
Follow the OAuth prompts to grant PromptLab read access to your inbox. Your credentials are never stored — PromptLab uses a secure token.
Calendar and meeting platforms
Open integrations
Go to Settings > Integrations > Calendar & Meetings.
Connect your calendar
Select Google Meet or Microsoft Teams and authorize access. This allows PromptLab to detect scheduled customer meetings and link them to deals.
Connect your video conferencing tool
If you use Zoom separately from your calendar, connect it here as well. PromptLab will pull in recordings and transcripts automatically.
Messaging tools
Open integrations
Go to Settings > Integrations > Messaging.
Connect Slack
Click Connect Slack and authorize the PromptLab Slack app in your workspace. PromptLab uses this to surface deal alerts and task reminders directly in Slack.
Connect additional messaging apps (optional)
PromptLab also integrates with WhatsApp and Telegram for customer-facing conversations. Connect these under the same Messaging integrations panel if your team uses them.
Invite your team
Once your tools are connected, add the colleagues who will work deals in PromptLab.
Open team settings
Go to Settings > Team > Members and click Invite member.
Enter email addresses
Type in each person's work email address. You can invite multiple people at once by entering addresses one per line.
Assign a role
Choose a role for each invitee:
- Admin — full access to settings, integrations, billing, and all team data
- Team member — access to their own deals, contacts, and pipeline views
Invited users will receive an email with a link to set up their account.
Granular admin controls — such as restricting which settings team members can access — are available on the Business and Enterprise plans.
Single sign-on (SSO) is available on the Enterprise plan. Contact your account manager to configure SSO for your organization.
