Connect PromptLab to email, calendar, and ERP tools
Connect PromptLab to your email, calendar, messaging, productivity, and ERP tools to capture every customer interaction automatically.
PromptLab connects to the tools your sales team already uses — email, video conferencing, messaging apps, spreadsheets, and ERP systems. When you set up these integrations, PromptLab captures your conversations and data automatically, so your CRM stays up to date without manual entry.
All integrations are managed from Settings > Integrations. API and webhook access for custom integrations requires the Business plan or above.
Communication
Your communication integrations determine which conversations PromptLab captures and logs to your deals.
Gmail
Captures inbound and outbound emails and logs them to the relevant deal automatically. AI follow-up drafts are generated after each email thread.
Outlook
Connects to your Microsoft 365 mailbox to capture emails and sync them to your deal workspace. Works alongside Microsoft Teams.
Google Meet
Records and transcribes Google Meet calls. After each meeting, PromptLab generates a 10-second AI summary and logs the call to the deal.
Zoom
Records Zoom meetings and produces transcripts and AI meeting summaries automatically. Summaries are attached to the deal in your pipeline.
Microsoft Teams
Captures Teams calls and meeting recordings. Transcripts and AI summaries are synced to your deal workspace after each call.
Captures WhatsApp messages and logs them to the deal CRM. Useful for sales teams whose buyers communicate primarily over mobile messaging.
Telegram
Logs Telegram conversations to the deal record alongside other communication channels.
Productivity
Productivity integrations connect PromptLab to the collaboration and spreadsheet tools your team uses day-to-day.
Slack
Sends deal notifications and AI-generated summaries to your Slack channels. Get alerts when deals move stages, calls are summarized, or follow-ups are due.
Google Sheets
Export pipeline data and reports to Google Sheets for custom analysis or sharing with stakeholders who don't use PromptLab directly.
Excel
Export deal data, quote history, and reporting outputs to Excel. Useful for finance teams and managers who work outside the platform.
ERP systems
ERP integrations allow PromptLab to sync deal and order data with your enterprise resource planning systems, reducing double entry between sales and operations.
SAP ERP
Syncs quotes, sales orders, and account data between PromptLab and SAP. Keeps your ERP records consistent with deal activity in PromptLab without manual data transfer.
Oracle
Connects PromptLab to Oracle ERP to sync account, order, and product data. Custom ERP integrations are available on Enterprise plans.
If you use an ERP system not listed here, Enterprise plans include custom CRM and ERP integrations with dedicated data migration support. Contact us to discuss your setup.
Setting up integrations
All integrations are configured from a single location in your account settings.
Open Integrations settings
Log in to PromptLab and navigate to Settings > Integrations. You'll see a list of all available integrations grouped by category.
Connect your first integration
Click Connect next to the integration you want to enable. For OAuth-based tools like Gmail, Outlook, and Google Meet, you'll be redirected to the provider's authorization page. Sign in with the account you use for work and grant the requested permissions.
Configure what gets captured
After connecting, each integration has settings to control what PromptLab captures. For email integrations, you can choose which labels or folders to sync. For meeting tools, you can set whether recording is on by default for all meetings or only those you opt into.
Repeat for your team
Each team member needs to connect their own integrations. Share these steps with your team after you've invited them to the workspace. Admins on Business and Enterprise plans can see which integrations each user has connected from Settings > Team.
