Send and track samples
Send a sample to a customer and follow it from the request all the way to the test result.
What you will learn
- Create a sample
- Each sample needs a product and a quantity; the account, contact and opportunity are optional.
- Track the shipment
- Set it to Sent with a tracking number and the sent date, then to Delivered.
- Record the result
- Move it to Under evaluation, write the test notes and set the result: positive, conditional or negative.
