Import accounts from a spreadsheet
Import accounts from a CSV or Excel file, match the columns and fix the rows that fail.
What you will learn
- Upload and match
- Check the header row and the column matches, and map any column PromptLab didn't recognise.
- Skipped and failed rows
- Accounts that already exist or appear twice are skipped; rows with bad data fail.
- Fix and import again
- Download the error report, correct the rows and import them again.
