Aircall's two published plans are Essentials at $30 a licence and Professional at $50, with Enterprise by quote. Every plan needs at least 3 licences. Dialpad Sell has three published plans: Essentials at $39, Advanced at $59 and Premium at $79. Monthly billing costs $49, $70 and $95.

Dialpad's separate phone product, Dialpad Connect, is cheaper, at $15 for Standard and $25 for Pro, with a 14-day free trial. Neither Aircall nor Dialpad has a free plan, but both let you try before you pay.

Numbers and the power dialer

Aircall includes one local or toll-free number per plan, and extra numbers cost $6 a month. Its Power Dialer, voicemail drop and outbound call campaigns start on Professional at $50. For domestic outbound calls on Essentials and Professional, its plan table says to contact Aircall for rates, although its FAQ says US and Canada calling is unlimited.

Dialpad Sell gives every user a direct line, with unlimited US and Canada minutes on Essentials. Extra local and toll-free numbers are an add-on. Voicemail drop and local presence dialling come with Advanced at $59, and Dialpad Dialer, its progressive dialer for working through a list, needs Premium at $79.

AI, transcripts and coaching

Dialpad puts AI transcripts and recaps on its entry plan, with 1-year recording and transcript retrieval. Live Coach starts on Advanced at $59, and AI CSAT, scorecards and playbooks start on Premium at $79.

Aircall includes call recording and AI transcripts on Essentials. Call summaries and sentiment analysis start on Professional at $50, and AI Assist Pro, for real-time help during calls, is a $49 a seat add-on.

SMS, routing and CRM integrations

Aircall includes SMS and MMS, IVR and call routing on Essentials, with 4,000 outbound messages per user a month and 250+ integrations. HubSpot, Zendesk and Pipedrive integrations are on Essentials, and Salesforce starts on Professional.

Dialpad Sell includes department IVR, round-robin routing and inbound SMS on every plan, but its outbound allowance is 250 SMS, pooled across the whole account. Dialpad says Sell integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho.

We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.

Or call from inside your CRM

PromptLab's Professional plan has a dialer in the browser. You get a local US or Canadian number, call contacts from their record and take inbound calls, with voicemail for the ones you miss.

Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarised, and the action items land on the contact. Two-way SMS runs from the same number. There's no power dialer or IVR, so a team that works long call lists will still want a dedicated dialer.
