Pricing: $29 to $89 against $39 to $79
JustCall's AI Communication Suite has Team at $29, Pro at $49 and Pro Plus at $89, plus a quote-only Business plan, and SalesPro in its Sales Suite. Team, Pro and Pro Plus need 2 licences. Dialpad Sell has Essentials at $39, Advanced at $59 and Premium at $79. Billed monthly, it is $49, $70 and $95.
Neither has a free plan. JustCall's trial lasts 14 days with no credit card. Dialpad Sell Essentials can be tried free, and Dialpad Connect, its phone product at $15 and $25, has a 14-day trial.
Dialers, numbers and outbound calling
JustCall includes unlimited outbound minutes in the selected region on every plan, under a fair usage policy. Its power dialer starts on Pro at $49, and SalesPro, by quote, adds a predictive dialer of up to 10 lines. Team includes local numbers in 70+ countries.
Dialpad's dialer costs more. Dialpad Dialer, a progressive dialer that connects reps only to answered calls, comes with Sell Premium at $79. Essentials covers unlimited US and Canada minutes and gives every user a direct line, and voicemail drop and local presence dialling start on Advanced at $59.
Recording, AI and coaching
JustCall records calls by team or number rules, with a transcript and a summary on every recorded call, and unlimited AI transcription minutes on every plan. Call scoring, real-time agent assist and sentiment analysis start on Pro Plus at $89.
Dialpad's entry plan has AI transcripts, recaps and 1-year recording and transcript retrieval. Live Coach starts on Advanced at $59, and AI CSAT, scorecards and playbooks start on Premium at $79. Dialpad's live coaching therefore arrives at a lower price than JustCall's.
SMS, routing and CRM integrations
JustCall includes SMS on Team (500 SMS segments, 1,000 on Pro), IVR and call menus, and 100+ CRM and data integrations. Bulk SMS campaigns and Salesforce CTI start on Pro.
Dialpad Sell includes inbound SMS, department IVR and round-robin routing on every plan, but only 250 outbound SMS, pooled across the account. Dialpad says Sell integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho.
We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.
Or call from inside your CRM
PromptLab's Professional plan has a dialer in the browser. You get a local US or Canadian number, call contacts from their record and take inbound calls, with voicemail for the ones you miss.
Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarised, and the action items land on the contact. Two-way SMS runs from the same number. There's no power dialer or IVR, so a team that works long call lists will still want a dedicated dialer.
