Pricing: $30 to $50 against $29 to $89
Aircall has two published plans: Essentials at $30 a licence and Professional at $50. Enterprise is by quote and starts at 25 licences, and every plan needs at least 3 licences. JustCall's AI Communication Suite has three published plans, Team at $29, Pro at $49 and Pro Plus at $89, with Business by quote. Team, Pro and Pro Plus need at least 2 licences.
Calling costs differ. JustCall includes unlimited outbound and inbound minutes in your region on every plan, under a fair usage policy. Aircall's page is less clear: its plan table says to contact Aircall for outbound call rates and bundles on Essentials and Professional, while its FAQ says outbound domestic calling is unlimited in the US and Canada. Ask Aircall before you compare totals.
Power dialer and outbound calling
Both keep the power dialer off their cheapest plan. Aircall's Power Dialer and outbound call campaigns start on Professional at $50. JustCall's power dialer starts on Pro at $49, together with bulk SMS campaigns and queue callback.
JustCall also sells a separate Sales Suite, SalesPro, by quote, with a predictive dialer of up to 10 lines. Aircall's pricing page lists no predictive dialer. A team that wants to dial several lines at once will look at JustCall first.
Recording, transcripts and AI
Both record and transcribe calls on the entry plan. Aircall's call summaries, key topics and sentiment analysis start on Professional at $50; before that they need the AI Assist add-on. AI Assist Pro, with real-time help during calls, is $49 a seat a month.
JustCall includes unlimited AI transcription minutes on every plan, and says every recorded call comes with a transcript and a summary. AI call scoring, real-time agent assist and sentiment analysis start on Pro Plus at $89.
SMS, call routing and CRM integrations
Both include SMS and IVR on the entry plan. Aircall includes SMS and MMS, with 4,000 outbound messages per user a month in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, France and Germany. JustCall's Team plan includes 500 SMS segments and Pro includes 1,000; SMS sent by workflows and bulk campaigns sits outside those credits.
On integrations, Aircall lists 250+ and JustCall lists 100+. Aircall's HubSpot, Zendesk and Pipedrive integrations are on Essentials, while its Salesforce integrations start on Professional. JustCall's Salesforce CTI starts on Pro.
We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.
Or call from inside your CRM
PromptLab's Professional plan has a dialer in the browser. You get a local US or Canadian number, call contacts from their record and take inbound calls, with voicemail for the ones you miss.
Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarised, and the action items land on the contact. Two-way SMS runs from the same number. There's no power dialer or IVR, so a team that works long call lists will still want a dedicated dialer.
