Pricing: $29 to $89 against $20 to $25
JustCall's AI Communication Suite has Team at $29, Pro at $49 and Pro Plus at $89, with Business by quote. Team, Pro and Pro Plus need at least 2 licences, and Business needs 10. RingEX costs less: Core is $20 and Advanced $25 a user, or $30 and $35 if you pay monthly. Its AI Customer Engagement bundles, and any team above 100 users, are priced by quote.
Both offer a 14-day free trial and neither has a free plan. JustCall's needs no credit card. RingCentral's trial covers voice, auto attendant, meetings and team messaging but not SMS.
Dialling: power, predictive or none
JustCall's power dialer, bulk SMS campaigns and queue callback start on Pro at $49. Its separate Sales Suite, SalesPro, is by quote and has a predictive dialer of up to 10 lines. Every plan includes unlimited outbound and inbound minutes within the selected region, under a fair usage policy.
RingCentral doesn't put a power dialer on RingEX; its plan page lists none. For that you would look at RingCX, its contact centre product, from $65 a user. What RingEX Core does give you is unlimited US and Canada calling and recording on demand, and Advanced records every call automatically.
SMS allowances and numbers
JustCall's Team plan includes 500 SMS segments, and Pro and Pro Plus include 1,000. It also has IVR and call menu setup and local numbers in 70+ countries. SMS sent by workflows, bulk campaigns and CRM automations falls outside the included credits.
On RingEX, each user gets a dedicated number, and more local or toll-free numbers are $4.99 a month each. Texting is lighter: 25 SMS a user a month on Core and 100 on Advanced, with automated or marketing texts sold as High Volume SMS from $0.0119 a message. A multi-level auto attendant, IVR and basic call queues come with every plan.
AI features and integrations
On JustCall, every recorded call comes with a transcript and a summary, and AI transcription minutes are unlimited under fair usage. AI call scoring, real-time agent assist and sentiment analysis start on Pro Plus at $89. Team includes 100+ CRM and data integrations, and Salesforce CTI starts on Pro.
RingEX transcribes calls on every plan through its AI Assistant for Phone, which also writes notes and action items in the desktop and mobile apps. Deeper AI sales insights come from the Conversational Intelligence add-on, from $60. You need Advanced at $25 for CRM integrations; RingCentral lists 330+ integrations across 200+ companies.
We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.
Or call from inside your CRM
PromptLab's Professional plan has a dialer in the browser. You get a local US or Canadian number, call contacts from their record and take inbound calls, with voicemail for the ones you miss.
Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarised, and the action items land on the contact. Two-way SMS runs from the same number. There's no power dialer or IVR, so a team that works long call lists will still want a dedicated dialer.
