Pricing: $10 to $39 against $11.99 to $99

Fireflies Pro is $10 a seat a month and Business $19; Enterprise is $39, billed annually only. Billed monthly, Pro is $18 and Business $29. PromptLab's plans are Basic at $11.99, Professional at $23.99 and Business at $99, billed monthly, with meeting notes on Basic. Billed yearly, PromptLab Basic is $99 a user a year.

A Fireflies plan buys the note-taker alone. A PromptLab plan buys the whole CRM, with the notes included. A team that also pays for a CRM pays for both. Fireflies has a free plan (unlimited transcription, limited AI summaries, 400 minutes of storage per team); PromptLab has a 14-day trial on Basic and Professional instead.

Languages and integrations

Fireflies transcribes in 100+ languages and adds Multi-language Mode on Business. PromptLab transcribes in more than 30. On language coverage, Fireflies is well ahead.

Fireflies lists HubSpot and Salesforce among its integrations, and Pro includes unlimited integrations. PromptLab's notes need no integration: they are saved on the deal and contact in the CRM itself.

Summaries, follow-ups and Ask AI

Both write summaries and action items. Fireflies Pro adds unlimited AI summaries, video recording, action items and a task manager, plus AI Skills that can generate follow-up emails. PromptLab drafts a follow-up email after each call and turns action items into CRM tasks on the deal and its contacts.

For questions across meetings, Fireflies has AskFred and PromptLab has Ask AI, which can search across meeting transcripts. Fireflies Pro also includes Personal Assistant, Email Assistant and Voice Agents. Its Email Assistant triages your inbox and drafts replies; PromptLab's shared inbox has no AI reply drafts.

Fireflies has the wider reach: 100+ languages, unlimited integrations on Pro, a free plan, and a Chrome extension that records without the bot joining. If your CRM is HubSpot or Salesforce, Fireflies works beside it. Both are on its integrations list, and its home page says it fills in your CRM with notes and call logs.

What changes when the notes live in the CRM

With PromptLab the transcript, summary and tasks are on the deal the call belongs to, so a rep opens the deal and sees them. There is no integration to connect and nothing to sync.

The action items become tasks on the deal and its contacts after each call. CRM fields are different: PromptLab does not fill them after every meeting on its own, and that autofill is run by the user.
