Pricing: $19 to $49 against $35 to $107

PandaDoc has the lower entry price. Its free plan allows 5 documents a month, Starter costs $19 a seat and Business $49. Enterprise is priced by quote. A 14-day trial is available.

Proposify's pricing page lists no free plan. It starts at $35 a user on Build, with a 14-day trial. Grow costs $65 and Scale $107, but Grow is sold as $3,900 a year including 5 users, and Scale as $12,800 a year including 10 users and onboarding. Extra users cost $780 a year each.

Templates and pricing tables

On PandaDoc, Starter allows up to 5 templates and Business unlimited. Pricing tables, the product catalogue and the content library all start on Business at $49.

Proposify includes its product catalogue and content library from Build at $35, so a team that only needs quotes built from stored prices pays less. Custom template design is extra: $1,500 on Build, or inside the $2,000 launch kit for Grow.

E-signatures and payments

Both include e-signatures from their first paid plan. PandaDoc Starter gives unlimited e-signatures, and every Proposify plan has unlimited documents and signatures.

For payments, PandaDoc lets a client pay while signing through Stripe, ACH, PayPal and other gateways, from the Business plan. Proposify takes payments through Stripe and lists it among its integrations.

Tracking and CRM integrations

PandaDoc shows real-time tracking and notifications on every plan, free included, and adds recipient analytics on Business. Proposify shows a timeline of when each recipient opens a document and how long they spend in each section.

On CRMs, PandaDoc has embedded links to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive from Business, with Salesforce a paid add-on. Proposify lists 21 CRMs, and its Salesforce package is a premium add-on on Scale.

We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.

Or quote from inside your CRM

PromptLab builds quotes from your products and price lists, with a discount on each line, then gives you a PDF and a link the customer can open. The quote stays on the deal, with its status from draft to approved.

When the customer agrees, the order lives in the same CRM as a sales order with its invoice. There are no e-signatures, payments or view tracking, so pair it with a signing tool if your contracts need one.
