Both start at $35 a user a month. Proposify's Build is $35, Grow is $65 with 5 users included ($3,900 a year), and Scale is $12,800 a year with 10 users and onboarding, which its page lists as $107 a user a month. Extra users cost $780 a year on Grow and Scale.
Qwilr's Starter is $35, Growth $55 and Scale $75, with a minimum of 5 users on Growth and 10 on Scale, both on annual billing only. Starter is also $49 billed monthly. Both offer a 14-day trial with no credit card needed.
Building the document

Qwilr builds web pages. Quotes can show one-off or recurring costs, discounts and pricing plans. Growth adds automations, custom branding and identity verification, and Scale adds conditional content and the Smart Proposal Engine.
Signing, payments and tracking
Both include e-signatures and payments from their first plan. Proposify takes payments through Stripe. Qwilr's QwilrPay charges a 0.09% per-transaction fee on Starter and 0% on Growth and Scale, on top of Stripe's fees, and lets buyers sign and pay in one step.
Both track engagement. Proposify's analytics show when each recipient opens a document and how long they spend in each section. Qwilr shows when a proposal is opened, how often, and which blocks buyers read or click. Qwilr can send view, sign and payment notifications to Slack.
CRM integrations
Proposify lists 21 CRMs, among them HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho and Copper. The Salesforce managed package is on Scale, as a premium add-on.
Qwilr's Starter plan includes HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive. Microsoft Dynamics comes with Growth and Salesforce with Scale. Accepted proposals and quotes can also be pushed to QuickBooks as invoices.
We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.
Or quote from inside your CRM
PromptLab builds quotes from your products and price lists, with a discount on each line, then gives you a PDF and a link the customer can open. The quote stays on the deal, with its status from draft to approved.
When the customer agrees, the order lives in the same CRM as a sales order with its invoice. There are no e-signatures, payments or view tracking, so pair it with a signing tool if your contracts need one.
