Pricing: $19 to $49 against $35 to $75

PandaDoc starts lower. Its free plan allows 5 documents a month, Starter costs $19 a seat and Business $49, with Enterprise by quote. A 14-day trial is available.

Qwilr's pricing page lists no free plan. Starter costs $35, with a 14-day trial that needs no card. Growth costs $55 and Scale $75, but both are annual only, with a minimum of 5 and 10 users.

Templates and pricing tables

PandaDoc keeps the quoting side on its Business plan at $49: pricing tables, the product catalogue and the content library. Starter allows up to 5 templates.

Qwilr's quotes can show one-off or recurring costs, discounts and pricing plans, and buyers can sign and pay in one step. Starter at $35 includes e-sign and payments, so a small team does not need the dearer plan to take a signed, paid quote.

E-signatures and payments

Both include e-signatures from the first paid plan. PandaDoc lets a client pay while signing through Stripe, ACH, PayPal and others, but only from Business at $49.

Qwilr's payment tool, QwilrPay, is on Starter. It charges a per-transaction fee of 0.09% on Starter and 0% on Growth and Scale, on top of Stripe's processing fees.

Tracking and CRM integrations

Both track views. PandaDoc shows real-time tracking and notifications on every plan and adds recipient analytics on Business. Qwilr's analytics show when a proposal is opened, how often, and which blocks buyers read or click, with notifications that can go to Slack.

For CRMs, PandaDoc has embedded links to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive from Business, with Salesforce a paid add-on. Qwilr includes HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive on Starter, adds Microsoft Dynamics on Growth and Salesforce on Scale. Qwilr can also push accepted quotes to QuickBooks as invoices.

We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.

Or quote from inside your CRM

PromptLab builds quotes from your products and price lists, with a discount on each line, then gives you a PDF and a link the customer can open. The quote stays on the deal, with its status from draft to approved.

When the customer agrees, the order lives in the same CRM as a sales order with its invoice. There are no e-signatures, payments or view tracking, so pair it with a signing tool if your contracts need one.
