The short answer
Choose it if you want proposals that read as interactive web pages.
Choose it if you want quotes built from product price lists, with a discount on each line.
Qwilr is a proposal tool that builds quotes and proposals as interactive web pages, which buyers can sign and pay on. PromptLab is a CRM for B2B teams that sell products, with quotes built in. The choice is between a page your buyer acts on, made in a separate tool, and a quote made inside the CRM that holds the deal.
Below, the two are compared on price, templates, pricing tables, e-signatures, tracking, payments, sales orders and CRM links. We make PromptLab, so every figure comes from Qwilr's own pricing and product pages and PromptLab's pricing page, and we say where Qwilr is stronger. Prices are per user a month, Qwilr billed annually and PromptLab billed monthly, unless we say otherwise.

Pricing: $35 to $75 against $11.99 to $99
Qwilr's Starter is $35 a user, Growth $55 and Scale $75. Growth and Scale are annual only, with a minimum of 5 and 10 users. Starter is $49 billed monthly. The trial lasts 14 days with no card.
PromptLab runs from Basic at $11.99 to Business at $99, billed monthly, with a 14-day trial. Billed monthly on both sides, Qwilr Starter is $49 a user and PromptLab Basic $11.99. Qwilr's plan buys the proposal tool alone; PromptLab's buys the CRM.
A web page against a quote
A Qwilr quote is a page. It can show one-off or recurring costs, discounts and pricing plans. Growth adds automations and custom branding, and Scale adds conditional content and the Smart Proposal Engine.
PromptLab builds quotes from your products and price lists, with a discount on each line, from Basic. The customer gets a PDF and a link they can open, and the quote runs Draft, Pending, Approved. It has no quote templates, no tax lines and no designed proposal pages.
Sign, pay and track
Qwilr includes e-signing, analytics and QwilrPay from Starter, so buyers can sign and pay in one step. The analytics show when a proposal is opened, how often, and which blocks buyers read or click. QwilrPay charges 0.09% per transaction on Starter, on top of Stripe's fees.
PromptLab has no e-signatures, payments or view tracking. What it adds is the step after: the approved quote becomes a sales order, with its invoice, on the same deal. Qwilr's pages don't list sales orders, but Qwilr can push accepted quotes to QuickBooks as invoices.
Where Qwilr is stronger
Everything the buyer sees. The page, the block-by-block analytics and the sign-and-pay step are things PromptLab does not do. Qwilr can also send view, sign and payment notifications to Slack.
It also connects to other CRMs. Starter includes HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive, Growth adds Microsoft Dynamics and Scale adds Salesforce.
