Bitrix24 vs PromptLab
It's an all-in-one workspace: a CRM, tasks and projects, chat and video calls, a drive, sites and an online store, priced per organisation for 5 to 250 users. Its CRM is broad, with telephony, AI call transcripts, WhatsApp, Telegram and inventory from $49 a month. Estimates start on Standard at $99, and its MCP server and API need a Vibe+ plan.
We do one job: selling a physical product. Quotes, price lists, samples and sales orders sit on the account and the deal, every meeting is recorded and summarised, and email, WhatsApp and Telegram share one Inbox, priced per seat from $11.99.

Price and features at a glance
It's a workspace for the whole company with a CRM inside. We're the CRM alone, built for teams that sell products: quotes, samples and price lists on every plan, Zoom, Meet and Teams calls recorded and summarised, and Claude or ChatGPT connected from $11.99 a seat.
Bitrix24 prices (billed annually, 5 to 250 users) and features checked on 3 November 2026 at Pricing, Plan comparison, MCP server, CoPilot call processing, Exporting CRM data. Ours are billed monthly; Business is $79 a month billed yearly. See our pricing page.
A sales CRM, not a company intranet
Bitrix24 is many products in one: tasks, chat, HR tools, sites, an online store and a CRM. That breadth is its strength for a company that wants one tool for everything, and a lot to set up for a team that only needs to sell.
We're only the sales part, built for products: accounts with several buyers, long deals, quotes, samples and repeat orders. The pipeline, the account and the documents are the whole product, not one module among many.
Samples tracked on every deal
Its catalogue has products, price types and stock, but nothing tracks a sample. Who asked for a trial batch, when it shipped and what the buyer thought usually live in a spreadsheet.
We log every sample from request to delivery on the account and the deal, keep price lists by region or customer tier, and quote from them on every plan.
Priced per seat, with quotes on the first plan
It sells plans per organisation: $49 a month for 5 users or $99 for 50, billed annually. For a large team that is cheap, but estimates wait for the $99 plan, and its MCP server and API for Vibe+.
We charge per seat, from $11.99 a month, with quotes, workflows and Claude or ChatGPT on that first plan. A small sales team pays only for the people who sell.
Your buyers' Zoom, Meet and Teams calls, recorded
Its CoPilot transcribes and summarises calls made inside it, on its own telephony and video calls, and fills in deal fields from them. Phone transcription is paid per call from the telephony balance.
We join the Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls your buyers already use, record and transcribe them, write the summary and next steps into the CRM and draft the follow-up email, on every plan.
How to switch from Bitrix24
Four steps to move your team and your data over.
1. Export deals, contacts and companies
In its CRM, open Deals, switch to List view, then open Settings and pick CSV or Excel. Each pipeline exports on its own. Only contacts marked Included in export come out, so set that first with a group action.
2. Export estimates and products
Estimates and invoices export from their own lists the same way. Tick Export detailed SKUs to keep the products on each deal.
3. Import into PromptLab
Click Import on our Accounts, Contacts or Deals list and upload the file, or pick it from Google Drive. Match the columns to our fields and run it.
4. Reconnect your channels
Connect Gmail or Outlook, your WhatsApp number and your Telegram bot, so new conversations land in our Inbox on the right contact.

Frequently asked questions
Is Bitrix24 a CRM?
Yes, and more: it's a workspace with a CRM, tasks and projects, chat and video calls, a drive, sites and an online store. There is a free plan, and paid plans run from $49 to $399 a month per organisation, billed annually, for 5 to 250 users.
Which is better, Bitrix24 or PromptLab?
We are, for a team that sells products through samples, quotes and price lists and wants its Zoom, Meet and Teams calls recorded. It wins if you want one tool for the whole company, a free plan, an on-premise edition or one flat price for a large team.
Is PromptLab cheaper than Bitrix24?
Not always. Its Basic plan is $49 a month for up to 5 users, billed annually, but estimates need Standard at $99. Our Basic plan is $11.99 a seat, billed monthly, with quotes included, so a team of up to eight pays less with us. Above that, its flat Standard price is lower.
Can I move my existing data over?
Yes. In its CRM, open each list in List view, then Settings, and export it as CSV or Excel. Then click Import on our Accounts, Contacts or Deals list and map the columns. Notes and tasks import the same way.
Who is PromptLab best for?
Sales teams that make or distribute physical products and win business through samples, quotes and repeat orders. If buyers message you on WhatsApp or Telegram, those chats land in the CRM too.
