Attio review
Our Attio review for B2B product sales: a well-designed, flexible CRM, but quotes, price lists and orders are left for you to build.

We make PromptLab, a competing CRM, so treat us as an interested party. Attio's prices and features here come from its pricing, product and help pages, and we name the things it does better.
The verdict: Attio is one of the best-designed of the new AI-native CRMs, and it suits a team that wants to design its own CRM. For a company that sells products, the quotes, price lists, orders and samples aren't there, and call recording waits for the $79 plan.

What Attio does well
You define the data model. Every object, attribute and workflow is yours to design. Its data model is a blank canvas, and for a team that wants to shape its own CRM, that freedom is the whole point.
The interface is polished. Design is a large part of Attio's appeal, from its tables to its kanban views.
Up to three seats are free. A free plan for three seats lets a founder team start without paying. Paid plans run from $35 to $79 a seat a month, billed annually.
It's AI-native. Attio ships AI agents, and its own MCP server connects Claude and ChatGPT. Workflows, the API and email sync are included.
Call Intelligence covers the whole call. On Pro, calls are recorded, transcribed and summarised, with follow-up drafts and CRM autofill from the same plan.
Where Attio falls short for B2B product sales
Freedom to design means someone has to design.
- Quotes, price lists, sales orders and samples are all absent. Someone must build them as custom objects before the team can quote.
- Call recording, meeting summaries, follow-up drafts and autofill start on Pro at $79 a seat a month, billed annually. Cheaper plans don't record calls.
- No dialer.
- No WhatsApp and no Telegram. When a buyer replies on WhatsApp, the thread sits on one rep's phone.
- LinkedIn relies on third-party marketplace apps.
- Single sign-on needs the Enterprise plan.
Picture a plastics distributor with six reps. To get quotes and a price list per customer, someone would design the objects, build the views and keep them tidy as the team changes. Recording their calls means six seats on Pro, which comes to $474 a month billed annually. Six seats on our Basic plan, with recording, quotes and price lists ready, cost $71.94 a month. Attio pricing shows what the plan ladder means for a team like that.

More options are in our Attio alternatives list. Attio vs HubSpot compares it with a suite, and Attio vs Pipedrive with a simpler pipeline tool.
