Attio vs Salesforce: which CRM should you pick in 2026?
Attio is the AI-native CRM you model yourself, free for three seats; Salesforce is the platform. Price, calls, quotes and MCP compared from vendor pages.
Published 5 October 2026 · Prices and features from each vendor's own pages
Attio and Salesforce both ask you to shape the CRM yourself. Attio is an AI-native CRM built on a data model you define: every object, attribute and workflow. Salesforce Sales Cloud is a configurable platform, with Agentforce AI and AppExchange behind it.
Below, the two are compared on price, data model, quotes, calls and AI, and messaging. Every figure comes from the vendors' own pricing and product pages; prices are per user a month, billed annually, unless we say otherwise.

Pricing: a free plan against five editions
Attio has a free plan for up to three seats, and its paid plans run from $35 to $79 a user a month. Salesforce Sales Cloud has five editions, from $25 to $550.
For a team of three or fewer, Attio's free plan costs less than anything Salesforce sells. Past that, the real difference is what each plan includes.
A blank canvas against a configurable platform
Attio's data model is a blank canvas, and that is its appeal. It is one of the best-designed of the new AI-native CRMs, and a team that enjoys building every object and attribute will feel at home.
Salesforce is configurable too, with custom objects, flows and AppExchange apps. That usually means an admin or an implementation partner, and the sales team waits until the build is done.
Quotes, orders and price lists
Attio has no quotes, sales orders or price lists; someone has to design them before the team can quote. Samples aren't in it either.
Salesforce has quotes, price lists and orders, from Pro Suite at $100 a user. Samples aren't modelled there either, so they need a custom object.
Call recording, AI and MCP
Attio's Call Intelligence records, transcribes and summarises calls, but only from the Pro plan at $79 a seat. The same plan fills CRM fields from calls and drafts follow-ups. Attio also has its own MCP server, on every plan.
Salesforce puts recording, summaries and follow-up drafts in Sales Engagement, a $50 add-on. CRM autofill and MCP start at $195 a user, and the API at $195. So Attio is the one with MCP on every plan, while Salesforce offers more on the quoting side.
Email, messaging and security
Both sync email. Attio has no WhatsApp or Telegram; Salesforce sells WhatsApp as an add-on and doesn't support Telegram either. LinkedIn comes through marketplace apps on both.
Workflows are included on both. Single sign-on comes with Salesforce, while Attio keeps it for the Enterprise plan.
We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.
