Best Attio alternatives in 2026
The best Attio alternatives for B2B teams that sell products: quotes, price lists, call recording and WhatsApp ready-made, with prices compared.
By the PromptLab team6 October 20265 min read
Attio is one of the best-designed of the new AI-native CRMs. You define every object, attribute and workflow, up to three seats are free, and the interface is polished.
If you sell physical products, a blank data model means quotes, price lists, sales orders and samples are yours to design. The best Attio alternative for that team is PromptLab, which ships them ready. Below are six more, ranked for people who liked Attio's feel but need more out of the box. Prices are as of 30 September 2026.
Why teams leave Attio
The common thread is a model you have to build, plus a price step for the meeting features.
- The product records aren't there. Quotes, price lists, sales orders and samples aren't in the model. Someone designs them before the team can quote.
- Recording is a $79 feature. Call Intelligence, meeting summaries, follow-up drafts and CRM autofill all start on the Pro plan at $79 a seat, billed annually. Paid plans run from $35 to $79.
- No chat channels. Email syncs, but WhatsApp and Telegram aren't supported, so a reply on WhatsApp stays on one rep's phone.
- LinkedIn needs a third-party app. Capturing profiles relies on apps from Attio's marketplace.
Attio's real strength is flexibility. A team that wants to design its own CRM, and has someone to do it, will feel at home.

The best Attio alternatives
PromptLab
Our pickAI-native CRM for product salesPaid plans, a month$11.99 – $99 per seatBest for: B2B teams that sell products and want it ready-made
We ship your sales objects ready, not a model to design first. Quotes, price lists, sales orders and sample tracking sit on the account and the deal from the Basic plan, so you can set up customer price lists and send the first quote in the week you sign up.
Meetings are recorded, transcribed in 100+ languages and summarised from $11.99, with a follow-up draft and a pre-meeting brief. Email, WhatsApp and Telegram share one Inbox that the whole team can see. The Chrome extension saves LinkedIn profiles to the CRM, drafts opening messages and creates tasks. Claude and ChatGPT connect over MCP. The trade-off: PromptLab is opinionated and built for product sales, so a team that wants to design every object should look at Attio. See Attio vs PromptLab.

HubSpot
Enterprise suitePaid plans, a month$7 – $150 per seatBest for: Teams that want a mature, all-in-one suite
HubSpot is the most polished all-in-one suite around, with a free CRM, a $7 Starter plan billed annually and marketing tools few rivals match. Meeting summaries are included from the entry plan, and MCP is supported.
Call recording and CRM autofill start at $90, quoting sits in Revenue Hub, and there are no sales orders, price lists or samples. See Attio vs HubSpot.

Pipedrive
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$14 – $79 per seatBest for: Teams that want quick setup and a simple pipeline
Pipedrive's call recording, meeting summaries and CRM updates start at $14, a long way below Attio's $79, and MCP is included. It is one of the easiest sales CRMs to learn.
Quotes arrive on Premium at $59, and there are no samples, price lists or sales orders. See Attio vs Pipedrive.
Close
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$9 – $139 per seatBest for: Calling-first sales teams
Close has a built-in dialer, email and SMS, and records calls on every plan, with its AI teammate Chloe summarising them. WhatsApp is supported. Plans run $9 to $139 billed annually.
Quotes, samples and price lists are missing, pipelines start at $35 and workflows at $99. See Attio vs Close.

Breakcold
AI-native CRMPaid plans, a month$99 + $10/seatBest for: LinkedIn-heavy social selling
Breakcold is an AI CRM for social selling: LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email in one inbox, a meeting recorder, and Claude, ChatGPT and MCP on one $99-a-month plan that includes one seat. It wins on LinkedIn, with an inbox we don't have.
For a product sale, quotes, samples and price lists are missing, and AI use is metered in tokens beyond 3,000 included AI actions.

Copper
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$23 – $99 per seatBest for: Small Google Workspace teams
Copper works inside Gmail and Calendar, adds prospects from LinkedIn, and syncs Drive and Contacts. Plans run $23 to $99 billed annually.
It has no call recording, quotes come through a marketplace app, there are no sales orders or samples, and Basic stops at 2,500 contacts.
monday CRM
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$12 – $28 per seatBest for: Teams that want boards they can reshape
monday CRM keeps the build-it-yourself spirit of Attio, with boards and columns instead of objects. Quotes come with the $12 Basic plan, billed annually, and the AI notetaker starts at $17.
Sales orders, samples and price lists aren't there, and WhatsApp and Telegram aren't supported. See Attio vs monday CRM.
What an Attio team should test first
Before you move, run one real week of deals through a shortlist. Three checks catch most surprises.
The first quote. Time how long it takes to send a quote against a customer's agreed price list. On PromptLab it is a setup task, not a build task, because quotes and price lists already exist on the account.
One recorded call. Hold a real meeting and see what you have afterwards: transcript, summary, follow-up draft and updated fields. On PromptLab Basic that is standard, with unlimited autofill fields on Professional at $23.99.
One buyer on WhatsApp or Telegram. Check that the thread lands on the contact and that the whole team can see it.
How to choose
Decide how much of the CRM you want to design.
- None of it, and you sell products: PromptLab.
- All of it, with someone to build it: stay on Attio.
- A simple pipeline and a big app marketplace: Pipedrive.
- A suite with marketing: HubSpot.
- LinkedIn is your main channel: Breakcold.
A worked example: a team of 5 that wants call recording. On Attio that is the Pro plan at $79, so 5 x $79 = $395 a month billed annually. On PromptLab Basic it is 5 x $11.99 = $59.95 a month billed monthly. If you are three people who don't need recording, Attio's free plan costs less. More detail is in the Attio pricing guide.
