Pricing: a free plan against a $14 start

Attio offers a free plan for up to three seats, and its paid plans run from $35 to $79 a seat. Pipedrive's four plans run from $14 to $79. Both offer a free trial.

For a team of three that needs nothing else, Attio costs nothing. Past that, Pipedrive's entry is $21 lower than Attio's cheapest paid plan.

Design it yourself, or start with a pipeline

Attio's flexible data model and polished interface suit a team that wants to define every object, attribute and workflow. Quotes, price lists and sales orders aren't part of it, so someone has to build them.

Pipedrive starts from the deal pipeline, which many reps already know, and adds a product catalogue. It is less of a blank canvas; quotes, where needed, start on Premium at $59.

Call recording and AI

On Attio, call recording, meeting summaries, follow-up drafts and CRM autofill start on the Pro plan at $79 a seat. On cheaper plans nothing records the call.

Pipedrive's Nova records calls, writes pre-call briefs and summaries, and updates the CRM on every plan from $14. Follow-up drafts start on Premium at $59. Both offer MCP for Claude and ChatGPT. For recorded calls, Pipedrive is much cheaper to reach.

Automation, email and the dialer

Attio includes workflow automation, email sync and an API in its feature set from the entry plan, and has no dialer. Pipedrive's workflows, email sync and dialer all start on Growth at $39.

A team that wants automation and email sync early gets them sooner on Attio. A team that wants a dialer has it only on Pipedrive.

Messaging, LinkedIn and security

Pipedrive offers WhatsApp from Growth at $39. Attio doesn't support WhatsApp, and neither supports Telegram.

Both rely on marketplace apps for LinkedIn profiles. Single sign-on is included on Pipedrive and sits on Attio's Enterprise plan.

We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.
