Dynamics 365 Sales costs $65 to $150 a user a month, billed annually, across three editions: Professional, Enterprise and Premium. Even the first edition is $65. For that you get a CRM that works inside Outlook and Teams, with quotes, price lists and sales orders built in.
The climb is in the AI. Meeting recording starts on Enterprise at $105, and CRM autofill and MCP on Premium at $150. Below are yearly totals for 5, 10 and 25 users, from Microsoft's own pages as checked on 30 September 2026.

What does each Dynamics 365 Sales edition include?
Professional, at $65, includes pipelines, quotes, price lists, sales orders, workflows, the API, email sync and single sign-on. For a product business, that is a strong first edition: the quote-to-order records are there from the start.
Enterprise, at $105, adds the conversation tools: call recording, meeting summaries, follow-up drafts and the dialer. Premium, at $150, adds CRM autofill and the Sales MCP server.
Which Dynamics 365 Sales edition do you need for each feature?
A tick means the $65 Professional edition has it. "From $105/month" names the cheapest edition that does. "Add-on" means a separate paid product.
| Feature | Edition you need |
|---|---|
| Import from CSV and Excel | ✓ |
| Deal pipelines | ✓ |
| Quotes | ✓ |
| Sales orders | ✓ |
| Sample tracking | ✗ |
| Price lists | ✓ |
| Call recording | From $105/month |
| AI meeting summaries | From $105/month |
| AI follow-up email drafts | From $105/month |
| Call dialer | From $105/month |
| CRM fields filled in from calls | From $150/month |
| Claude or ChatGPT (MCP) | From $150/month |
| Workflow automation | ✓ |
| API | ✓ |
| Email sync | ✓ |
| Add-on | |
| Telegram | ✗ |
| Save LinkedIn profiles | Add-on |
| Single sign-on (SSO) | ✓ |
One gap stands out: Dynamics doesn't track samples in any edition. And the features that save reps the most typing, recording and autofill, need the two higher editions. Telegram isn't supported, and WhatsApp and LinkedIn tools are add-ons.
How much does Dynamics 365 Sales cost for 5, 10 and 25 users?
Yearly seat totals, billed annually, for each of the three editions.
| Edition | 5 users | 10 users | 25 users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Professional ($65 a user a month) | $3,900 (5 × $65 × 12) | $7,800 (10 × $65 × 12) | $19,500 (25 × $65 × 12) |
| Enterprise ($105 a user a month) | $6,300 (5 × $105 × 12) | $12,600 (10 × $105 × 12) | $31,500 (25 × $105 × 12) |
| Premium ($150 a user a month) | $9,000 (5 × $150 × 12) | $18,000 (10 × $150 × 12) | $45,000 (25 × $150 × 12) |
A 10-person team on Professional pays $7,800 a year. If it wants meeting recording, it moves to Enterprise at $12,600, and Premium, with autofill and MCP, brings the bill to $18,000.
What does Dynamics 365 Sales cost beyond the licence?
Setup comes first. An admin has to decide on environments, security roles, apps, licences and Copilot credits, and many companies bring in a Microsoft partner to do it. That work isn't in the licence price.
The Sales MCP server adds its own requirements: Copilot Studio admin rights and Copilot credits, and Microsoft's documentation says Claude Desktop isn't supported at this time. WhatsApp and LinkedIn tools are add-ons on top of the edition price.
Dynamics 365 Sales vs PromptLab on price
PromptLab has three plans, priced per user: Basic at $11.99 a month or $99 a year, Professional at $23.99 a month or $199 a year, and Enterprise at $99 a month or $948 a year. Quotes, price lists, sales orders and meeting recording are all on Basic. There is no free plan, and Basic and Professional start with a 14-day free trial.
| Team size | Dynamics Professional | Dynamics Enterprise | PromptLab Basic, billed yearly | PromptLab Basic, billed monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 users | $3,900 | $6,300 | $495 | $719.40 |
| 10 users | $7,800 | $12,600 | $990 | $1,438.80 |
| 25 users | $19,500 | $31,500 | $2,475 | $3,597 |
Our columns are seats × $99 billed yearly, or seats × $11.99 × 12 billed monthly.
Dynamics is the natural pick for a company standardised on Microsoft, especially one on a Dynamics ERP with IT staff to configure it. It also includes single sign-on from its $65 edition, while ours comes with Enterprise at $948 a year, so a team that needs SSO from day one pays less for it there ($780 a seat a year). For everything else a product team uses, the numbers run the other way. Our Basic costs $99 a seat a year against $780, and it already records meetings, which Dynamics starts at $105.

Is Dynamics 365 Sales worth it for a product team?
Dynamics 365 Sales is strong where a company is already built on Microsoft. For a sales team that wants to run its own CRM, it costs more and takes longer to start. We recommend PromptLab for B2B product sales: the same quote-to-order records, plus samples and recording, at a fraction of the price.
