Best Dynamics 365 Sales alternatives in 2026
Dynamics 365 Sales is strong for Microsoft shops but costly to set up and climb. Compare seven alternatives for B2B teams that sell products.
By the PromptLab team6 October 20265 min read
Dynamics 365 Sales is the natural CRM for a company already standardised on Microsoft. Quotes, price lists and orders are built in from Professional at $65 a user a month, billed annually, and it works inside Outlook and Teams. If you run a Dynamics ERP and have IT staff to configure it, it can be the right call.
Most people who search for an alternative are not leaving because it lacks features. They leave because of what it takes to get them. The sales team cannot set it up alone, and the AI a rep wants sits one or two plans up. PromptLab is the alternative for teams that want to run their own CRM, and below we cover where the others fit too.
Why teams leave Dynamics 365 Sales
The common thread is the climb, in money and in effort.
- Setup is a project. An admin has to decide on environments, security roles, apps, licences and Copilot credits. Many companies bring in a Microsoft partner.
- The AI is on the upper plans. Meeting recording, summaries and follow-up drafts start on Enterprise at $105 a user. CRM autofill and the MCP server start on Premium at $150.
- Claude and ChatGPT are hard to reach. The Sales MCP server needs Copilot Studio admin rights and Copilot credits, and Microsoft's own docs say Claude Desktop is not supported at this time.
- Add-ons on top. The three plans run $65 to $150, billed annually, and WhatsApp and LinkedIn tools are add-ons. There is no sample tracking and no Telegram.

The best Dynamics 365 Sales alternatives
PromptLab
Our pickAI-native CRM for product salesPaid plans, a month$11.99 – $99 per seatBest for: Sales teams that want to set up their own CRM
We built PromptLab so the sales team can run it without a configuration project. Start the 14-day trial, import accounts and contacts from a spreadsheet, and quotes, price lists, sales orders and sample tracking are ready the same day.
Meeting recording, summaries, follow-up drafts and CRM autofill come with Basic at $11.99 a user a month, billed monthly, not at $105 or $150. Claude or ChatGPT connects over MCP with the user's own login on every plan. Email from Gmail, Outlook and IMAP is captured, and WhatsApp and Telegram share one Inbox. Meetings on Microsoft Teams are recorded too.
What we do not have: a deep link into a Dynamics ERP. If your finance system is Dynamics and you need the two to share records, Dynamics 365 Sales is the safer choice.

Salesforce
Enterprise suitePaid plans, a month$25 – $550 per seatBest for: Large organisations that need a configurable platform
Sales Cloud is the most configurable CRM there is. It has five editions from $25 to $550 a user a month, billed annually, Agentforce AI and AppExchange for almost any integration.
It is the nearest peer to Dynamics, with the same kind of build. Quotes, sales orders and price lists start at $100, call recording is an add-on, CRM autofill and MCP start at $195, and building it usually takes an admin or partner. See Salesforce vs Dynamics 365.

HubSpot
Enterprise suitePaid plans, a month$7 – $150 per seatBest for: Teams that want a suite with marketing tools
HubSpot is a polished all-in-one suite with a free CRM and Sales Hub from $7 a seat a month, billed annually. Meeting summaries are included from the entry plan, and Claude and ChatGPT connect over MCP.
For a product sale, quoting is an add-on, sales orders and price lists are missing, and call recording starts at $90. Professional and Enterprise carry a $1,500 to $3,500 onboarding fee. See Dynamics 365 vs HubSpot.

Zoho CRM
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$14 – $52 per seatBest for: Cost-conscious teams that want quotes, orders and price books
Zoho CRM is the value pick: free for three users, then $14 to $52 a seat, billed annually. Quotes, sales orders and price books start at $23, against $65 for Dynamics, and MCP is supported. See Dynamics 365 vs Zoho CRM.
Samples are not modelled, call recording comes through marketplace telephony apps, and CRM autofill needs the $40 plan. Telegram is not supported.

Pipedrive
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$14 – $79 per seatBest for: Reps who want a pipeline they can learn quickly
Pipedrive runs from $14 to $79 a seat, billed annually, and its Nova AI adds pre-call briefs, call recording and CRM updates on every plan. It also supports MCP, which is more than Dynamics offers below $150.
Quotes start on Premium at $59. Samples, price lists and sales orders are missing, so a product team keeps those elsewhere. Read Dynamics 365 vs Pipedrive.
monday CRM
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$12 – $28 per seatBest for: Teams who want to shape their own boards
monday CRM runs $12 to $28 a seat, billed annually, with quotes from Basic. Recording, the AI notetaker, workflows and email sync start on Standard at $17, and MCP is supported.
Sales orders, samples and price lists are not there, and there is no WhatsApp or Telegram. It is flexible and quick to learn, but you shape the process yourself.
Attio
AI-native CRMPaid plans, a month$35 – $79 per seatBest for: Teams that want to design a modern data model
Attio gives you a flexible data model, a polished interface and a free plan for up to three seats. Paid plans run $35 to $79 a seat, billed annually, and MCP is supported.
Quotes, price lists and orders are for you to build, and call recording and CRM autofill start on Pro at $79. It suits a team that enjoys designing its own CRM, not one leaving Dynamics to escape configuration.
How to choose
Decide who will own the system.
- IT owns it and the ERP is Dynamics: stay, or consider Salesforce if you want a different platform.
- Sales owns it and needs to start this month: PromptLab, Zoho CRM or Pipedrive. Pick on the records you need.
- Marketing is the centre of gravity: HubSpot.
Then price the plan you need, not the headline. At Dynamics, the plan with recording is $105 and the plan with autofill and MCP is $150. Our own plans are on the pricing page, and Dynamics 365 Sales pricing lays out the climb. The head-to-head is Dynamics 365 vs PromptLab.
Switching from Dynamics 365 Sales
You do not need a partner for the data. Export from your Dynamics views, import into PromptLab, and test it in the 14-day trial. The migration guide for Dynamics 365 goes deeper.
