HubSpot's Smart CRM is free, and paid Sales Hub plans run from $7 a seat a month on Starter to $150 at the top, billed annually. Professional and Enterprise also carry a one-off onboarding fee of $1,500 to $3,500. Those figures come from HubSpot's own pages, as checked on 30 September 2026.
For a B2B team that sells products, the useful price is rarely $7. Call recording, AI follow-up drafts and CRM fields filled in from calls start on Professional at $90 a seat. Quoting sits in a separate product, and sales orders and price lists aren't offered. Below, we price each step for teams of 5, 10 and 25.

What does each HubSpot plan include?
Starter, at $7 a seat, covers pipelines, the dialer, workflows, email sync, the API and AI meeting summaries, and it connects to Claude or ChatGPT over MCP. It doesn't record or transcribe calls. For contact management at a low price, it is a strong offer.
Professional, at $90 a seat, is where HubSpot becomes a full sales tool: call recording, follow-up email drafts and CRM autofill all start here. The top plan, at $150, adds single sign-on and LinkedIn profile saving. Professional and Enterprise are the plans that carry the onboarding fee.
Which HubSpot plan do you need for each feature?
A tick means Starter, the $7 plan, has it. "From $90/month" names the cheapest plan that does. "Add-on" means a separate purchase, and a cross means HubSpot doesn't offer it.

Two rows matter most for a team that sells products. Quotes are an add-on because HubSpot moved quoting into Revenue Hub, a separate product sold on top of Sales Hub. Sales orders, sample tracking and price lists aren't offered at any price, so the order side of a deal ends up in spreadsheets.
How much does HubSpot cost for 5, 10 and 25 users?
These are yearly seat totals, billed annually, at the $7 entry price and at Professional, the first plan that records calls.
| Plan | 5 users | 10 users | 25 users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter ($7 a seat a month) | $420 (5 × $7 × 12) | $840 (10 × $7 × 12) | $2,100 (25 × $7 × 12) |
| Professional ($90 a seat a month) | $5,400 (5 × $90 × 12) | $10,800 (10 × $90 × 12) | $27,000 (25 × $90 × 12) |
Starter is good value for contact management: $840 a year for 10 people. A team that wants its customer calls recorded and summarised has to move to Professional, and the same 10 people then cost $10,800 a year.
What are HubSpot's hidden costs?
The onboarding fee comes first. Professional and Enterprise carry a one-off charge of $1,500 to $3,500, which turns a Professional team's first year into this:
| Team size | Professional seats | First year with the fee |
|---|---|---|
| 5 users | $5,400 | $6,900 to $8,900 |
| 10 users | $10,800 | $12,300 to $14,300 |
| 25 users | $27,000 | $28,500 to $30,500 |
Then come the add-ons. Quoting needs Revenue Hub, and WhatsApp is an add-on, so a team that quotes or talks to buyers on WhatsApp pays more than the seat totals show. Telegram isn't supported at any price.
HubSpot vs PromptLab on price
PromptLab has three per-user plans: Basic at $11.99 a month or $99 a year, Professional at $23.99 a month or $199 a year, and Enterprise at $99 a month or $948 a year. None of them carries an onboarding fee, and there is no free plan. Basic and Professional start with a 14-day free trial, and a card is required.
| Team size | HubSpot Starter | HubSpot Professional, first year | PromptLab Basic, billed yearly | PromptLab Basic, billed monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 users | $420 | $6,900 to $8,900 | $495 | $719.40 |
| 10 users | $840 | $12,300 to $14,300 | $990 | $1,438.80 |
| 25 users | $2,100 | $28,500 to $30,500 | $2,475 | $3,597 |
Our columns are seats × $99 billed yearly, or seats × $11.99 × 12 billed monthly.
HubSpot is cheaper at the bottom. The Smart CRM is free, Starter costs $84 a seat a year against our $99, and Starter includes a dialer, which we keep for Professional. The picture flips once a team needs what a product sale runs on. Our Basic plan records and summarises meetings, drafts the follow-up and fills in CRM fields from the call. It also holds quotes, sales orders, sample tracking and price lists, with WhatsApp and Telegram in a shared Inbox. On HubSpot, the recording alone costs a 10-person team at least $12,300 in its first year.

Is HubSpot worth the price for a product team?
HubSpot is the right buy if you want a free CRM, or if marketing and sales must share one suite, because its marketing automation goes far beyond a sales CRM. For a B2B team that sells products, the real cost is the $90 Professional seat, the onboarding fee and the add-ons, and the order side still isn't there. We recommend PromptLab for that team. Frequently asked questions
Is HubSpot free?
The Smart CRM is free. Paid Sales Hub plans start at $7 a seat a month on Starter, billed annually. Call recording starts on Professional, so neither the free CRM nor Starter records calls.
How much is HubSpot Sales Hub per user?
It runs from $7 to $150 a seat a month, billed annually. Professional, the first plan with call recording, is $90 a seat.
Does HubSpot charge an onboarding fee?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise carry a one-off onboarding fee of $1,500 to $3,500, on top of the seat price.
Is quoting included in HubSpot Sales Hub?
No. Quoting now sits in Revenue Hub, a separate HubSpot product sold on top of Sales Hub. Sales orders and price lists aren't offered.
Is PromptLab cheaper than HubSpot?
Once you need call recording, yes. HubSpot records calls from $90 a seat a month billed annually, plus the onboarding fee, and we record meetings on every plan from $11.99. For basic contact management, HubSpot's $7 Starter plan costs less.
