GoHighLevel pricing (per account, not per seat)
GoHighLevel costs $97 to $497 a month per account, with unlimited users and usage billed on top. See where a per-seat CRM costs less, and where it doesn't.

GoHighLevel, also called HighLevel, is priced per agency account, not per seat. Its three plans run from $97 to $497 a month, with unlimited users, and calls, messages and AI are billed by usage on top. So "how much per user?" is the wrong question to ask.
It also changes the comparison with a per-seat CRM like ours. A small sales team usually pays less with us, and a large one may not. This page works out where the line falls, from HighLevel's own pages as checked on 2 October 2026.

How does GoHighLevel pricing work?
An account belongs to an agency, and the agency runs client sub-accounts under it, with rebilling and SaaS Mode built into the plans. That structure suits a marketing agency with many clients. Alongside the CRM, the platform covers funnels, websites, SMS and email campaigns, and AI agents.
Users aren't counted, so a team of 3 and a team of 30 pay the same plan price. What varies is usage: phone calls are billed per minute, transcription costs extra, and messages and AI are charged as they're used.
What does GoHighLevel include for a sales team?
Each cell shows what HighLevel provides. "Paid per minute" and "$10/month add-on" are charges on top of the plan price, and "Via Fathom" means it relies on a third-party notetaker.

For a product team, a few rows decide it. Quotes are there, as estimates and invoices, but sample tracking, price lists and sales orders aren't, so those stay in spreadsheets next to the CRM. Meeting summaries run through a Fathom integration, call recording is paid per minute, and CRM autofill covers chats only. Telegram isn't supported, and neither is saving LinkedIn profiles.
How much does GoHighLevel cost for 5, 10 and 25 users?
Because the price is per account, the plan price is the same for every team size. Here are yearly totals for the plan alone, at the bottom and top of the range.
| Plan | 5 users | 10 users | 25 users |
|---|---|---|---|
| $97 plan | $1,164 (12 × $97) | $1,164 (12 × $97) | $1,164 (12 × $97) |
| $497 plan | $5,964 (12 × $497) | $5,964 (12 × $497) | $5,964 (12 × $497) |
Those numbers leave out usage. WhatsApp is a $10-a-month add-on, or $120 a year. Call minutes, transcription, messages and AI come on top at usage rates, so the real bill will be higher than the table shows.
What are GoHighLevel's hidden costs?
Usage is the main one. Calls are billed per minute on HighLevel's own phone system, transcription costs extra, and messages and AI are metered. A team that records every customer call pays more as it talks more.
The other cost is fit. You are buying an agency platform: funnels, websites, campaigns and sub-account tools are part of the price, and an in-house sales team at a manufacturer uses a small part of them. If you need single sign-on, it's limited to Agency Pro, and to OIDC.
GoHighLevel vs PromptLab on price
PromptLab is priced per user, in three plans: Basic at $11.99 a month or $99 a year, Professional at $23.99 a month or $199 a year, and Enterprise at $99 a month or $948 a year. Meeting recording, quotes, samples and price lists are on Basic. There is no free plan, and Basic and Professional start with a 14-day free trial.
| Team size | HighLevel $97 plan | HighLevel $497 plan | PromptLab Basic, billed yearly | PromptLab Basic, billed monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 users | $1,164 | $5,964 | $495 | $719.40 |
| 10 users | $1,164 | $5,964 | $990 | $1,438.80 |
| 25 users | $1,164 | $5,964 | $2,475 | $3,597 |
Our columns are seats × $99 billed yearly, or seats × $11.99 × 12 billed monthly. HighLevel's columns leave out usage.
Against the $97 plan, our Basic billed yearly is cheaper up to 11 users (11 × $99 = $1,089; 12 users cost $1,188). Billed monthly, it is cheaper up to 8 users (8 × $143.88 = $1,151.04). So at 10 users we cost less only on yearly billing, and at 25 users HighLevel's base fee is lower. Against the $497 plan, our Basic stays cheaper up to 60 users billed yearly, or 41 billed monthly.
That's the fair reading. A large team that wants a marketing platform will find HighLevel's flat price hard to beat before usage. A sales team of up to 11 people selling products pays less with us, and gets quotes, samples, price lists and sales orders that HighLevel doesn't track.
