GoHighLevel review

Our GoHighLevel review for B2B product sales: a strong agency marketing platform, but no samples, price lists or sales orders, and usage billed on top.

REVIEW 2026GoHighLevel

We make PromptLab, a competing CRM, so we are an interested party. GoHighLevel facts come from HighLevel's own pricing and help pages, read on 2 October 2026, and we say where it is the better tool.

The verdict: GoHighLevel is an all-in-one marketing platform for agencies, and for that job it covers a lot of ground. A manufacturer or distributor uses a small part of it, and the parts a product sale needs, such as samples, price lists and sales orders, aren't there.

What GoHighLevel does well

It is built for agencies. Funnels, websites, SMS and email campaigns, a CRM and AI agents come in one platform, with client sub-accounts so an agency can run many customers from one place.

Pricing is per account. The three plans, $97 to $497 a month, charge per agency account rather than per seat, and the $97 plan already has unlimited users. A large team on one account can pay less than it would on per-seat tools.

Estimates, invoices and a phone system. You can send estimates and invoices from inside the CRM. A phone system with a dialer is part of the platform, billed by usage, and workflows, the API and an MCP server are there too.

Email and chat are covered. Email sync is included, and WhatsApp is available as a $10 a month add-on.

Where GoHighLevel falls short for B2B product sales

HighLevel is organised around an agency and its clients, and an in-house product sales team has to work around that structure.

  • No sample tracking, no customer price lists and no B2B sales orders. They stay in spreadsheets next to the CRM.
  • Usage is billed on top of the plan for calls, messages and AI, so the monthly bill moves with use.
  • Call recording is paid per minute and transcription costs extra. For video meetings it relies on a Fathom integration instead of its own notetaker.
  • CRM autofill works on chats only, not on meetings.
  • No Telegram and no LinkedIn tool. Import is CSV only, and single sign-on is OIDC only on Agency Pro.
  • Agency scaffolding. Client sub-accounts, rebilling and SaaS Mode are structure a sales team has to work around.

A coatings supplier with a six-person sales team would pay for an agency platform and still keep samples and price lists elsewhere. On price alone, six seats on our Basic plan cost $71.94 a month against HighLevel's $97 entry plan plus usage, but a much larger team may pay less on HighLevel's per-account price. Our verdict

Choose GoHighLevel if you are an agency, or if funnels and campaigns matter as much as the CRM. That is the job it is built for.

Choose PromptLab if you're a manufacturer or distributor selling products. Quotes, sample tracking, customer price lists and sales orders are on every plan from $11.99 a user a month, billed monthly, and meetings are recorded and summarised for you.
