Best GoHighLevel alternatives in 2026
GoHighLevel is a marketing platform for agencies, priced per account. Compare seven alternatives for a sales team that sells products and wants a sales CRM.

GoHighLevel, also written HighLevel, is an all-in-one marketing platform for agencies. It bundles funnels, websites, SMS and email campaigns, a CRM and AI agents, and it is sold per agency account with client sub-accounts. For an agency running marketing for many clients, it is a strong fit.
A manufacturer or distributor that bought it as a sales CRM often finds that most of it is for someone else. If that is you, PromptLab is the alternative we recommend: a sales CRM built for teams that sell products. The rest of the list covers who else is worth a look.
Why teams leave GoHighLevel
The problem is less about missing features than about what the product is built around.
- Priced per account, not per seat. Plans run from $97 to $497 a month per account, with unlimited users on the entry plan. That is cheap for a big team and an odd shape for a small one, and calls, messages and AI are billed by usage on top.
- Built around client sub-accounts. Rebilling and SaaS Mode are part of the plans. For an in-house sales team, that is structure to work around.
- No product-sale records. It sends estimates, but there is no sample tracking, no customer price lists and no B2B sales orders.
- Notes and chat are patchy. Phone calls are recorded on its own phone system and billed per minute. Video meeting summaries come through a Fathom integration. WhatsApp is a $10 a month add-on, there is no Telegram, and data import is CSV only.

Prices are per user a month unless stated, as of 30 September 2026. GoHighLevel, checked on 2 October 2026, is priced per account: $97 to $497 a month plus usage.
Per account or per seat: a worked example
Say your sales team has five reps. At PromptLab's Basic plan, that is 5 x $11.99, or $59.95 a month billed monthly. On Professional, with the call dialer and API, it is 5 x $23.99, or $119.95.
GoHighLevel's entry plan is $97 a month for the whole account, with usage charged on top. So five reps pay less with us on Basic, and more on Professional than HighLevel's $97 before usage. A large team on one account may pay less there. Price the people you actually have, plus the calls and AI you actually use.
The best GoHighLevel alternatives
PromptLab
Our pickAI-native CRM for product salesPaid plans, a month$11.99 – $99 per seatBest for: In-house sales teams at product businesses
We built PromptLab for manufacturers and distributors, not for agencies with client sub-accounts. You start with accounts, contacts, deals, quotes, sales orders, sample tracking and customer price lists, on every plan from $11.99 a user a month, billed monthly.
Meetings on Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams are recorded and transcribed, then summarised, with a follow-up email draft and CRM fields filled in, and no separate notetaker to connect. Email, WhatsApp and Telegram share one Inbox, and Claude or ChatGPT connect over MCP.
The honest limit: there is no funnel or website builder here. If you run marketing campaigns for clients, stay on HighLevel.

HubSpot
Enterprise suitePaid plans, a month$7 – $150 per seatBest for: Teams that want marketing and sales in a more traditional suite
HubSpot is the closest in spirit if marketing matters to you. It has a free CRM, Sales Hub from $7 a seat a month, billed annually, and marketing tools few rivals match. It also has a dialer and MCP support.
For product sales the gaps are quoting as an add-on, no sales orders or price lists, and an onboarding fee of $1,500 to $3,500 on Professional and Enterprise. See GoHighLevel vs HubSpot.

Pipedrive
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$14 – $79 per seatBest for: Sales-only teams that want a simple pipeline
Pipedrive drops the marketing platform and keeps the pipeline. Plans run $14 to $79 a seat, billed annually, and every plan has call recording, meeting summaries, CRM updates from calls and an MCP server.
Workflows, a dialer, WhatsApp and email sync start at $39, and quotes at $59. Samples, price lists and sales orders are not included. Read GoHighLevel vs Pipedrive.

Zoho CRM
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$14 – $52 per seatBest for: Small teams that want a cheap CRM with quotes and orders
Zoho CRM is free for up to three users, then $14 to $52 a seat, billed annually. Quotes, sales orders and price books start at $23, and WhatsApp is supported.
Samples are not modelled, call recording comes through marketplace telephony apps, and there is no Telegram. It is the budget option with the biggest suite attached. See GoHighLevel vs Zoho CRM.
Close
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$9 – $139 per seatBest for: Phone-first outbound teams
Close is a calling-first CRM with a built-in dialer, email and SMS, and Chloe, its AI teammate, summarising calls on every plan. That is closer to what a team wants when it uses HighLevel for its phone system.
Plans run $9 to $139 a seat, billed annually, with pipelines from $35 and workflows from $99. There are no quotes, samples, price lists or sales orders.
monday CRM
Sales CRMPaid plans, a month$12 – $28 per seatBest for: Teams who want to build their CRM on boards
monday CRM runs $12 to $28 a seat, billed annually, and includes quotes from the Basic plan. Its AI notetaker, workflows, dialer and email sync start on Standard at $17.
Sales orders, samples and price lists are missing, and there is no WhatsApp or Telegram. It is easy to shape, so long as someone is willing to shape it.

Breakcold
AI-native CRMPaid plans, a month$99 + $10/seatBest for: LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram outreach in one inbox
Breakcold puts LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email in one inbox, with a meeting recorder and MCP support. It is a single $99-a-month plan with one seat included and $10 per extra seat.
Quotes, samples, price lists and sales orders are not built in, and AI use is metered in tokens beyond 3,000 included actions. See Best Breakcold alternatives if you go that way.
How to choose
If your business is selling marketing to clients, the choice is easy: stay on HighLevel. If you sell a product, ask what a rep touches in a week.
- Quotes, samples, orders and price lists: PromptLab. Zoho CRM if you can skip samples.
- A pipeline and calls only: Pipedrive or Close.
- Marketing and sales together: HubSpot.
Then check the pricing model. Per-seat pricing, as in our pricing, grows with headcount and is easy to predict. Per-account pricing with usage on top needs a look at your call, message and AI volume. The direct page is GoHighLevel vs PromptLab, and GoHighLevel pricing explains the plans.
