Pricing: per account against per seat
GoHighLevel has three plans, from $97 to $497 a month per account, with unlimited users. Calls, messages and AI are billed by usage on top. HubSpot's paid Sales Hub plans run from $7 to $150 a seat a month, and its Smart CRM is free.
Which is cheaper depends on team size. A large team spread over one GoHighLevel account can pay less per head, while a small team may pay less on HubSpot's seat prices. HubSpot's Professional and Enterprise plans also add a one-off onboarding fee of $1,500 to $3,500.
An agency platform against a sales-and-marketing suite
GoHighLevel is organised around an agency and its client sub-accounts, with funnels, websites, campaigns, a phone system and AI agents in one product. For an agency running marketing for many clients, that is the point.
HubSpot is also a suite, with marketing tools that few rivals match, but it is sold per seat to the company using it. If marketing and sales must run together inside one business, that is the closer fit.
Quotes and orders
GoHighLevel includes quotes in its entry plan, and can send estimates and invoices. HubSpot moved quoting into Revenue Hub, a separate product sold on top of Sales Hub.
Neither has sales orders, customer price lists or sample tracking, so a team selling products keeps those outside the CRM on both.
Calls, meetings and AI
GoHighLevel records calls on its own phone system, billed per minute. For video meetings it relies on a Fathom integration, follow-up drafts come through workflows, and filling CRM fields from calls covers chats only.
HubSpot includes meeting summaries from its entry plan, with call recording, follow-up drafts and CRM autofill from Sales Hub Professional at $90 a seat. Both support MCP, so Claude or ChatGPT can connect to the CRM.
Messaging, import and security
WhatsApp is a $10 a month add-on on GoHighLevel and an add-on on HubSpot. Neither supports Telegram. Saving LinkedIn profiles is not offered on GoHighLevel and starts at HubSpot's $150 tier.
Data import on GoHighLevel is CSV only. Single sign-on comes with Agency Pro, OIDC only, on GoHighLevel and with HubSpot's $150 tier.
We make PromptLab, so here is where it fits.
Where PromptLab fits next to GoHighLevel and HubSpot
PromptLab is a CRM for B2B teams that sell products. On their entry plans, neither GoHighLevel nor HubSpot includes sales orders, sample tracking, price lists, meeting recording, AI follow-up drafts and CRM fields filled in from calls. PromptLab has all of them on every plan, from $11.99 a user a month.
Built for a product sale, not a marketing funnel
We're built around how industrial sales work: accounts with several buyers, long deals, quotes and samples, repeat orders. The pipeline, the account and the paperwork are the product, not one module of many.
GoHighLevel vs PromptLab, in fullQuotes without a second hub
PromptLab keeps quotes, price lists and sales orders on the account and the deal, from the $11.99 Basic plan. There is nothing extra to buy and no custom object to build first.
HubSpot vs PromptLab, in fullSamples, price lists and sales orders on the deal
We keep sample requests and results, customer price lists, quotes and sales orders on the account and the deal, on every plan. When a buyer asks where the sample is, the answer is on the record.
