ALTERNATIVES TOHubSpotRanked for B2B product sales#11PromptLabOUR PICK

HubSpot is a good product. Teams leave it because the bill grows in steps. The CRM is free and Sales Hub Starter is $7 a seat billed annually, but quoting sits in a separate hub, WhatsApp is an add-on, and Professional and Enterprise carry a one-off onboarding fee of $1,500 to $3,500.

If you sell physical products, there is a second reason. HubSpot has no sales orders, price lists or sample tracking, so the order side of every deal ends up in a spreadsheet. The best HubSpot alternative for that kind of team is PromptLab, and the rest of this post ranks six others for the cases where it isn't the right fit. Prices are per user a month, as of 30 September 2026.

Why teams leave HubSpot

Three reasons stand out.

  • Features are spread across hubs and tiers. Call recording, follow-up drafts and filling CRM fields from calls all start on Sales Hub Professional at $90 a seat, billed annually. Quotes need Revenue Hub.
  • The sticker price is not the real price. The $7 entry plan is real, but a team that needs call recording is buying the $90 plan plus the onboarding fee.
  • Messaging is thin. WhatsApp is an add-on and Telegram isn't supported, so many buyer conversations stay on a rep's own phone.

None of this makes HubSpot a bad choice. It is the most polished all-in-one suite around, and its marketing tools are hard to match. If marketing and sales must live in one suite, stay.

The best HubSpot alternatives

1

PromptLab

Our pick
AI-native CRM for product sales
Paid plans, a month$11.99 – $99 per seat

Best for: B2B teams that sell products

We built PromptLab for the deals HubSpot makes you assemble from several hubs. Quotes, sales orders, sample tracking and customer price lists are on every plan from $11.99 a user a month, with no onboarding fee. Meetings are recorded and transcribed in 100+ languages, then summarised, with a follow-up email drafted for you.

Email, WhatsApp and Telegram share one Inbox, and each thread sits on the right contact. Two-way sync with HubSpot lets you run both while you move. The gap: there is no free plan, and PromptLab is a sales CRM, not a marketing suite. See the HubSpot vs PromptLab comparison.

2

Pipedrive

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$14 – $79 per seat

Best for: Small teams that want an easy, deal-first pipeline

Pipedrive is one of the easiest sales CRMs to learn, with a marketplace of 500+ apps and mobile apps. Its Nova AI adds call recording, meeting summaries and CRM updates from the $14 plan, billed annually, where HubSpot starts call recording and CRM autofill at $90.

The catch is the same one you may be leaving: features climb the ladder. Automation and email sync start at $39, quotes at $59, and there are no samples, price lists or sales orders. Read HubSpot vs Pipedrive.

3

Zoho CRM

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$14 – $52 per seat

Best for: Budget-minded teams that want a wide suite

Zoho CRM is the value pick among the big generalists: free for three users, then paid plans from $14 to $52 billed annually, with dozens of Zoho apps next door. Quotes, sales orders and price books start at $23, and WhatsApp works inside it.

Samples aren't modelled, there are no AI meeting summaries, and call recording comes through marketplace telephony apps. Telegram isn't supported. Compare them in HubSpot vs Zoho CRM.

4

monday CRM

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$12 – $28 per seat

Best for: Teams already on monday.com

monday CRM is the friendliest way to build a CRM from boards and columns, and quotes come with the $12 Basic plan, billed annually. If your company already runs projects on monday.com, putting sales on the same boards is a real advantage.

Someone has to design and maintain the sales process, though. The AI notetaker, automations and email sync start on Standard at $17, and WhatsApp, Telegram, sales orders, samples and price lists aren't there. See HubSpot vs monday CRM.

5

Close

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$9 – $139 per seat

Best for: High-volume calling teams

Close is calling-first. The dialer, email and SMS are built in, and its AI teammate Chloe summarises calls and updates records on every plan. WhatsApp is supported. Plans run $9 to $139 billed annually.

For a product sale, quotes, samples and price lists are missing, pipelines start at $35 and workflows at $99. Read Close vs HubSpot.

6

Attio

AI-native CRM
Paid plans, a month$35 – $79 per seat

Best for: Teams that want to design their own CRM

Attio is one of the best-designed of the new AI-native CRMs. You define every object, attribute and workflow, and up to three seats are free. Paid plans run $35 to $79 billed annually.

Quotes, price lists, sales orders and samples are left for you to build, call recording waits for the $79 Pro plan, and there is no WhatsApp or Telegram. See Attio vs HubSpot.

7

Salesforce

Enterprise suite
Paid plans, a month$25 – $550 per seat

Best for: Large teams that need a platform

Salesforce is the most configurable CRM there is: five editions from $25 to $550 billed annually, Agentforce AI and AppExchange. Quotes, price lists and orders start at $100.

Its entry price is higher than HubSpot's, at $25 against $7. Call recording is a $50 add-on, filling fields from calls starts at $195, and the build usually needs an admin or partner. See Salesforce vs HubSpot.

How to choose

Start from what your deals are made of, not from the logo.

  • You send samples and quote against customer price lists: PromptLab, because it is the only one here that tracks samples.
  • You want call recording without HubSpot's $90 tier: PromptLab records meetings from $11.99, and Pipedrive from its $14 entry plan.
  • You want the lowest price for a small team: Zoho CRM is free for three users.
  • You want to build your own system: Attio or monday CRM.
  • You make hundreds of calls a day: Close.

A worked example: a team of 10 on HubSpot Professional pays 10 x $90 = $900 a month billed annually, plus the one-off onboarding fee. The same 10 seats on PromptLab Basic cost 10 x $11.99 = $119.90 a month billed monthly. More numbers are in HubSpot pricing.

Switching from HubSpot

You don't have to stop work to move. PromptLab syncs both ways with HubSpot, so you can run both through the 14-day free trial. Our HubSpot migration guide goes deeper.

Moving to PromptLab

From HubSpot in four steps

  1. 1Connect HubSpotOpen Settings → Apps, find its card and select Connect. Sign in via the pop-up to approve access.

  4. 4Run both while you decideKeep the sync on through your 14-day free trial, so nobody works from stale data. PromptLab's Enterprise plan adds data migration support for the rest.
