What is a customer success template?
A customer success template tracks the health of the accounts you already have: how each one is doing, when it renews and what it is worth a year. Grouped by health, it shows which renewals need attention before the date arrives.
In PromptLab it is a list over your accounts with three columns, Health, Renewal Date and ARR, and a board grouped by health.
What's inside
| Field | Type | Choices and details |
|---|---|---|
| Accounts | Your CRM record | The accounts in the list |
| Health | Status | At Risk, Neutral, Healthy |
| Renewal Date | Date | |
| ARR | Currency | USD |
1Health, renewal date and ARR
Health is At Risk, Neutral or Healthy; Renewal Date is a date and ARR a currency column. In the example, Stackwise Inc is At Risk with $36,000 ARR renewing in three weeks, and Acme Corp is At Risk too, with $48,000 up for renewal in about two months.

2A board from At Risk to Healthy
The board groups accounts by Health, so the at-risk column is the customer success team's to-do list. Drag an account to Healthy once the risk is dealt with.

3Filled from your own accounts
The names in these pictures are examples. On install, the list is filled with your workspace's most recent accounts and example values; replace them with each account's real health, renewal date and ARR. A new workspace with no accounts yet starts with an empty list.
