What is a simple deal flow template?
A simple deal flow template is a pipeline with as little in it as possible: four stages and a deal value. It suits a small team, a founder selling alone, or a side line of business where a six-stage process would be ceremony.
In PromptLab it is a list over your opportunities with two columns, Stage and Deal Value, and a board grouped by stage.
What's inside
| Field | Type | Choices and details |
|---|---|---|
| Opportunities | Your CRM record | The opportunities in the list |
| Stage | Status | Lead, In Progress, Won 🎉, Lost |
| Deal Value | Currency | USD |
1Two columns, four stages
Stage runs Lead, In Progress, Won 🎉 and Lost; Deal Value is a currency column. In the example, Brightlane annual plan is Won at $24,000 and Acme Corp add-on is In Progress at $12,000.

2Filled from your own opportunities
When it is installed, the list is filled with your workspace's most recent opportunities and example values, so the board has cards on it straight away; overwrite them with the real stage and value. A new workspace with no opportunities yet starts with an empty list. Drag a card between columns to change its stage.
When the four stages stop being enough, add a column or more stages: the list's columns and choices can be edited at any time.
