TOP PICKSCRMs with Telegram#11PromptLabOUR PICK2Breakcold3Zoho CRM4Close

Here is the honest answer first: very few CRMs support Telegram. We compared PromptLab with twelve other CRMs, and only one of them, Breakcold, lists it. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Close, monday CRM, Attio, Copper, Dynamics 365 Sales, GoHighLevel and Proton.ai do not.

That matters if your buyers sit in Telegram. In some markets, a buyer would rather ask for a price or confirm a shipment on Telegram than write an email. If the CRM can't see those chats, they live on someone's phone.

So this list works in two halves. The top two have a real Telegram channel. The rest don't, so we rank them on what they offer for chat-led selling instead, mainly WhatsApp and a shared inbox. Facts come from each vendor's published plans, checked on 30 September 2026 (2 October for GoHighLevel).

What a CRM needs for Telegram

  • A company bot, not a personal account. The conversation should belong to the business.
  • A shared Inbox. Telegram threads should sit beside email on the right contact.
  • Context around the chat. Buyers ask about quotes, samples and delivery, so the deal should be one click away.
  • No add-on. Telegram shouldn't be a paid extra.

The best CRMs with Telegram integration

1

PromptLab

Our pick
AI-native CRM for product sales
Paid plans, a month$11.99 – $99 per seat

Best for: Product sellers whose buyers use Telegram

Telegram is on every plan, from Basic at $11.99 a user a month. You connect your company's own Telegram bot, the buyer messages the bot first, and the thread appears in the shared Inbox on the right contact, next to email and WhatsApp. The same account holds the quote, price list and sample request, so a rep can answer "what did we quote for the 25 kg drums?" without leaving the conversation. See Telegram in PromptLab.

2

Breakcold

AI-native CRM
Paid plans, a month$99 + $10/seat

Best for: Social selling across LinkedIn, Telegram and WhatsApp

Breakcold is the only other CRM in our set with Telegram. It gathers LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email in one inbox, records meetings, and includes Claude, ChatGPT and MCP on one plan at $99 a month with a seat included, plus $10 for each extra seat. For a product sale, quotes, samples and price lists aren't there, and AI beyond 3,000 included AI actions is metered in tokens. Choose it for LinkedIn-led outreach.

3

Zoho CRM

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$14 – $52 per seat

Best for: The best no-Telegram value, with WhatsApp

Zoho CRM doesn't support Telegram, but it does support WhatsApp. It is free for three users, with paid plans from $14 a user a month billed annually, and quotes, orders and price books from $23. Samples aren't modelled and call recording comes through marketplace apps.

4

Close

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$9 – $139 per seat

Best for: Phone and WhatsApp conversations

Close has no Telegram, but its dialer, email, SMS and WhatsApp suit a team that sells by phone. Its AI teammate summarises calls and updates records on every plan. Pipelines start at $35 a seat and workflows at $99, billed annually, and quotes, samples and price lists are missing.

5

Pipedrive

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$14 – $79 per seat

Best for: A simple pipeline with WhatsApp on Growth

Pipedrive has no Telegram. WhatsApp starts on Growth at $39 a seat billed annually, and call recording is on every plan from $14. Quotes wait for Premium at $59, and there are no samples or sales orders.

6

HubSpot

Enterprise suite
Paid plans, a month$7 – $150 per seat

Best for: Teams that need a free CRM first

HubSpot has no Telegram and sells WhatsApp as an add-on. Its free CRM and $7 Starter plan are real, but call recording starts at $90 and quotes are an add-on, so a product team's bill climbs.

How we picked

We started with the vendors' own feature pages and asked one question: does the CRM support Telegram, and from which plan? Breakcold does, and so do we. The other eleven don't, so we didn't pretend otherwise.

For the remaining entries we ranked on the nearest thing: WhatsApp support, then what each plan costs and includes around it. We left out vendors with neither Telegram nor WhatsApp, such as Attio and monday CRM, because they don't help a chat-led team.

Telegram or WhatsApp: which should the CRM cover?

Ask your reps where buyers write today. If the answer is "mostly WhatsApp, a few on Telegram", a CRM with both is the safe choice, because you won't tell a buyer to switch apps. If it's only WhatsApp, the choice widens to Zoho CRM, Close and Pipedrive.

The two channels also connect differently: WhatsApp through a Business number, Telegram through a bot. A good CRM handles both in one Inbox so reps don't learn two tools.

Questions to ask a vendor

  1. Is Telegram on my plan, or only a higher one?
  2. Does the message land on the contact and the account automatically?
  3. Can a colleague reply when the owner is away?
  4. Is the history kept if a rep leaves?

A vendor that answers "you can build that yourself" to the first question doesn't support Telegram. It supports a workaround you maintain.

Also ask who owns the bot. When it belongs to the company rather than one rep's login, handovers are simple: when territories change, the thread stays on the account and the new owner reads it from the top, with the quotes and samples beside it.

How to get buyers onto your Telegram bot

A Telegram bot can't start a conversation, so the buyer has to write first. Make that easy. Put the bot's link in every rep's email signature, in the cover note that goes with a quote and on the card you hand out at trade shows. Ask your existing Telegram contacts to message it once, and tell them the whole team will see it.

In PromptLab you connect the bot under Settings → Apps → Messaging, next to your WhatsApp Business number. From the first message on, every thread lands in the shared Inbox on the right contact.

Telegram workarounds, and why they fall short

Some teams forward Telegram messages into email or paste them into notes. It works for a week. Then a rep goes on holiday and the history is gone, or two reps answer the same buyer.

A bot connected to the CRM avoids both problems, because the message is logged the moment it arrives. If you can't get a Telegram channel, WhatsApp in a shared Inbox is the next best thing, and our WhatsApp list ranks the options.

Frequently asked questions

Which CRMs integrate with Telegram?

PromptLab does, and of the twelve other CRMs we checked, only Breakcold. The others, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM, don't list Telegram.

How does Telegram work in PromptLab?

You connect your company's own Telegram bot. The buyer messages the bot first, and the conversation appears in the shared Inbox on the right contact.

Is Telegram included on every PromptLab plan?

Yes. Basic, Professional and Enterprise all include the shared Inbox with email, WhatsApp and Telegram. Basic is $11.99 a user a month billed monthly, and there is a 14-day free trial.

Can I use a personal Telegram account?

PromptLab connects a company bot, not a personal account. That keeps the history with the business if a rep leaves.

What if my CRM has no Telegram?

Use WhatsApp in a shared Inbox if your buyers will switch, or move to a CRM that supports Telegram. Forwarding messages by hand loses history.
