Pricing: one price for the team against a price per seat
Bitrix24 has a free plan and four paid ones, from $49 a month for up to 5 users and $99 for up to 50, to $399 for 250, billed annually. A large team pays very little per person.
amoCRM has no free plan. Its three plans cost ₽599, ₽1,299 and ₽1,799 a user a month, or 79,000 to 259,000 soʻm in Uzbekistan, with a 14-day trial. For a few users amoCRM's entry plan can cost less; for a large team, Bitrix24's flat price is hard to beat.
Quotes, orders and products
Bitrix24 includes invoices, a product catalogue with price types and inventory from Basic, and creates a sales order in its inventory tools when a deal closes. Estimates, its word for quotes, start on Standard at $99.
amoCRM keeps invoices on every plan, and adds a product list and contract or invoice templates on its ₽1,299 plan. It has no quote with line items and no sales order. Neither tracks product samples.
Calls, meetings and AI
Bitrix24 has its own telephony, which records calls from Basic, and its CoPilot transcribes and summarises calls and fills in deal fields; phone transcription is paid per call. Its MCP server, for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, needs a Vibe+ plan from $59.
amoCRM records calls through telephony providers in its marketplace, and its amoAI summarises chats and suggests replies on the ₽1,799 plan. It has no call transcription or call summaries, and we found no MCP server for it.
Chats and messengers
amoCRM is built around chats. Telegram, VK and MAX connect natively, WhatsApp through widgets from its marketplace, and Salesbot answers and routes messages from its ₽1,299 plan.
Bitrix24's contact centre covers Telegram even on the free plan and WhatsApp from Basic, through Twilio or edna, plus website chat, Facebook, Instagram and Viber. Both sync email.
Automation and the rest of the company
Bitrix24 includes automation rules and triggers from Basic, and its workflow designer on Professional. Beyond the CRM it has tasks and projects, chat and video calls, a drive, HR tools, sites and an online store, and an on-premise edition.
amoCRM's Digital Pipeline and Salesbot start on its ₽1,299 plan. It stays a sales CRM, with a large marketplace of widgets and partners across the region who set it up.
We make PromptLab, so here is why product teams pick it over both.
Why PromptLab is the better choice for teams that sell products
PromptLab is a CRM for B2B teams that sell products. On their entry plans, neither Bitrix24 nor amoCRM includes quotes, sample tracking, price lists, Claude and ChatGPT over MCP and LinkedIn profile saving. PromptLab has all of them on every plan, from $11.99 a user a month.
A sales CRM, not a company intranet
We're only the sales part, built for products: accounts with several buyers, long deals, quotes, samples and repeat orders. The pipeline, the account and the documents are the whole product, not one module among many.
Bitrix24 vs PromptLab, in fullQuotes, price lists and orders on the deal

amoCRM vs PromptLab, in fullSamples tracked on every deal
