The short answer
Bitrix24Paid from $49/accountChoose it if you want one tool for the whole company: tasks, chat, a drive and sites as well as the CRM.
Choose it if you sell products, and deals run on quotes, price lists, samples and orders.
Our pick for product teamsBitrix24 is an all-in-one workspace: a CRM, tasks and projects, chat and video calls, a drive, sites and an online store, sold per organisation. PromptLab is a CRM for B2B teams that sell products, sold per seat. So the choice is between one tool for the whole company and a CRM built around quotes, samples and repeat orders.
Below, the two are compared on price, quotes and orders, calls and AI, chats and the rest of the company. We make PromptLab, so every Bitrix24 figure comes from its own pricing page and help centre, and we say where Bitrix24 is stronger. Bitrix24 prices are per organisation a month, billed annually, and PromptLab's per user a month, billed monthly, unless we say otherwise.

Pricing: per organisation against per seat
Bitrix24 has a free plan and four paid ones, from Basic at $49 a month for up to 5 users and Standard at $99 for up to 50, to Enterprise at $399 for 250. For a big team that works out at a few dollars a person, which is hard to beat.
PromptLab Basic is $11.99 a user a month, Professional $23.99 and Business $99, with a 14-day free trial on Basic and Professional. Five people on Basic cost $59.95 a month and eight cost $95.92. A team of more than eight pays less on Bitrix24 Standard; a smaller team that needs quotes pays less on PromptLab.
Quotes, orders, price lists and samples
Bitrix24 has invoices, a product catalogue with price types, and inventory from Basic, and a sales order is created in its inventory tools when a deal closes. Estimates, its word for quotes, start on Standard at $99. Nothing in it tracks product samples.
PromptLab includes quotes, price lists, sales orders and sample tracking on every plan. Each sample moves from request to delivery on the account and the deal, and quotes are priced from a price list by region or customer tier.
Calls, meetings and AI
Bitrix24 is strong here. Its telephony records calls from Basic, and CoPilot transcribes and summarises them and fills in deal fields from what was said; phone transcription is paid per call from the telephony balance. Video calls made inside Bitrix24 get a CoPilot summary and transcript too.
PromptLab records the Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls your buyers already use, transcribes them, writes the summary and next steps into the CRM and drafts the follow-up email, on every plan. Its dialer starts on Professional and is simpler than Bitrix24's telephony.
Claude, ChatGPT and the API
Bitrix24 has an official MCP server, so an AI assistant such as ChatGPT can find deals and update records with each user's permissions. The MCP server and the REST API are only on the Vibe+ plans, which start at $59 a month for 5 users at a launch price.
PromptLab connects to Claude and ChatGPT over MCP on every plan, with each user's own access, and its Ask AI answers questions about accounts, deals and orders inside the CRM. Its API and webhooks start on Professional at $23.99.
Chats, email and the rest of the company
Both put WhatsApp and Telegram in the CRM. In Bitrix24, Telegram works even on the free plan and WhatsApp from Basic, through Twilio or edna, and its contact centre also covers website chat, Facebook, Instagram and Viber. Email sync starts on Basic.
PromptLab's shared Inbox holds email, WhatsApp, Telegram and LinkedIn messages side by side, each on the right contact. Where Bitrix24 wins outright is everything beyond sales: tasks and projects, chat, a drive, HR tools, sites and an online store, and an on-premise edition.
Which should you choose?
Choose Bitrix24 if…
- You want one tool for the whole company: tasks, chat, a drive and sites as well as the CRM.
- Your team is large, and a flat price per organisation beats paying per seat.
- You need built-in telephony, a free plan or an on-premise edition.
Choose PromptLab if…
- You sell products, and deals run on quotes, price lists, samples and orders.
- You want your buyers' Zoom, Meet and Teams calls recorded and summarised on every plan.
- You want Claude or ChatGPT connected to the CRM without moving to a higher plan.
Frequently asked questions
Is PromptLab a Bitrix24 alternative?
For a team that sells products, yes: it covers the sales side with quotes, samples, price lists and recorded meetings. It does not replace Bitrix24's tasks, chat, drive, sites or HR tools, so a company that relies on those keeps them.
Is Bitrix24 cheaper than PromptLab?
For a large team, yes: Bitrix24 Standard is $99 a month for up to 50 users, billed annually. For a small team that needs quotes, PromptLab is cheaper, since up to eight people on Basic cost less than $99 a month, billed monthly.
Does Bitrix24 record and transcribe calls?
Yes. Its telephony records calls from Basic, and CoPilot transcribes them, writes a summary and fills in deal fields; phone transcription is paid per call. PromptLab records Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls on every plan.
Can I move from Bitrix24 to PromptLab?
Yes. In Bitrix24, open each CRM list in List view, then Settings, and export it as CSV or Excel. In PromptLab, click Import on the Accounts, Contacts or Deals list and map the columns.
