Breakcold has one plan. It costs $99 a month with one seat included, each extra seat is $10, and billing annually takes 20% off. With no tiers to climb, a feature is either in the plan or not offered.
What the plan leaves out is the product-sales side. Quotes, samples, price lists and sales orders aren't in it, and AI use beyond 3,000 included AI actions is metered in tokens. Here are the totals for 5, 10 and 25 users, from Breakcold's pricing page as checked on 30 September 2026.

How does Breakcold pricing work?
Breakcold is built for social selling: LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email in one inbox, a meeting recorder, and Claude, ChatGPT and MCP, all in the $99. Every seat after the first is a flat $10.
The wrinkle is the AI. The plan includes 3,000 AI CRM actions. Call recording, AI workflows and email or phone lookups spend tokens, and Breakcold's own example puts 300 active contacts at about $90 a month extra.
What is included in Breakcold's plan?
With a single plan, a tick means it's in the plan you pay for, and a cross means Breakcold doesn't offer it.

The strengths are real: recording, summaries, follow-up drafts, autofill, WhatsApp, Telegram and LinkedIn are all there, and so are workflows, the API and MCP. What's missing is the record set of a product sale: quotes, sales orders, sample tracking and price lists. There's no dialer or SSO either. Breakcold lets you build custom objects, but someone on your team has to design and maintain them.
How much does Breakcold cost for 5, 10 and 25 users?
The formula is $99 for the first seat plus $10 for each extra one. These totals are for 12 months billed monthly, before any token top-ups.

If the 20% annual discount applies to the whole bill, those become $1,334.40, $1,814.40 and $3,254.40. Either way the first seat is the expensive one, so a large team pays less per head than a small one.
What are Breakcold's hidden costs?
Tokens. Beyond the 3,000 included AI actions, AI use is metered, and Breakcold's own example of 300 active contacts adds about $90 a month. On a $99 plan that is nearly a second subscription, and it grows the more the team leans on the AI.
The second cost is design time. Quotes, samples, price lists and orders would have to be built as custom objects, then maintained.
Breakcold vs PromptLab on price
PromptLab is priced per user: Basic at $11.99 a month or $99 a year, Professional at $23.99 a month or $199 a year, and Enterprise at $99 a month or $948 a year. Meeting recording, summaries and follow-up drafts come with Basic, for unlimited meetings. There is no free plan, and Basic and Professional start with a 14-day free trial.

On Basic we cost less at every size here, on either billing, and on monthly billing we stay cheaper up to 44 users. Breakcold's cheap extra seats win against our Professional plan, though. Professional billed monthly is cheaper only up to 6 users, and at 25 users it costs $7,197 a year against Breakcold's $4,068. Breakcold also has a LinkedIn inbox, which we don't.

Is Breakcold worth it for a product sales team?
Breakcold is a good tool for the agencies, startups and consultants it was built for, and its LinkedIn inbox is something we don't have.
