Breakcold review

Our Breakcold review for B2B product sales: a strong LinkedIn and messaging CRM, but no quotes, samples, price lists or orders, and AI metered in tokens.

REVIEW 2026Breakcold

We make PromptLab, a competing CRM, and Breakcold is a close cousin: both are AI-first with WhatsApp, Telegram and MCP. Its prices and features below are from Breakcold's own pricing and feature pages, and we say where it is ahead.

The verdict: Breakcold is a CRM built for social selling, with LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email in one inbox. For a team that sells physical products it lacks the records the sale runs on, and its AI use is metered in tokens.

What Breakcold does well

One inbox for social selling. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email sit together. The LinkedIn inbox is something we don't have, and for outbound social selling it matters.

Both chat apps are covered. WhatsApp and Telegram are both supported, and LinkedIn profiles save to the CRM.

AI comes with the plan. A meeting recorder, summaries, follow-up drafts, CRM autofill and workflows are all part of it, up to the token allowance covered below. Claude, ChatGPT and MCP are part of the single plan, and there's an API.

Pricing is simple. There is one plan, $99 a month with one seat included and $10 for each extra seat, 20% less billed annually. A free trial is offered.

It knows who it is for. Agencies, startups and consultants get a tool built around them.

Where Breakcold falls short for B2B product sales

A product sale runs on paperwork, and Breakcold leaves that to you.

  • No quotes, sample tracking, price lists or sales orders. Custom objects can model them, but nothing comes ready-made, so someone has to design and maintain them.
  • AI is metered in tokens. The $99 plan includes 3,000 AI CRM actions. Call recording, AI workflows and email or phone lookups spend tokens, and Breakcold's own example puts 300 active contacts at about $90 a month extra.
  • No call dialer.
  • No single sign-on.
  • A single plan. There is no ladder, so a small team pays the full $99 floor.

That floor matters. A two-person team pays $109 a month there, against $23.98 on our Basic plan. Its extra seats are only $10 each, though, so a larger team can pay less there, before any token top-ups. Breakcold pricing explains how seats and tokens add up.

Breakcold pros and cons

Pros

  • LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email in one inbox
  • Meeting recorder, summaries and autofill
  • Claude, ChatGPT and MCP included
  • A single, simple plan
  • Custom objects

Cons

  • No quotes, samples, price lists or sales orders
  • AI metered in tokens beyond 3,000 actions
  • $99 floor for a small team
  • No dialer or SSO
  • Built for social selling, not product sales

Who Breakcold suits

  • Agencies, startups and consultants that sell through LinkedIn outreach.
  • Teams that want a LinkedIn inbox beside WhatsApp and Telegram.
  • Small groups that can design their own objects.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Manufacturers, distributors and chemical suppliers whose deals run on samples, quotes and repeat orders.
  • Teams that want AI at a fixed per-seat price, with no token balance to watch.
  • Companies that need single sign-on.

Our Breakcold alternatives list compares other options, and best CRM with Telegram integration covers the messaging side.

Messaging is where the two products are closest. If your buyers write on WhatsApp and Telegram, either tool will keep those threads on the account. The difference is what sits next to the thread: for a product team, that is the sample, the quote and the order, and Breakcold leaves those blank.

Our verdict

Choose Breakcold if your sales motion is LinkedIn-heavy outbound and the LinkedIn inbox is the point. It is built for that.

Choose PromptLab if your deals run on samples and quotes. Samples, quotes, price lists and sales orders are ready on every plan, and AI is included in the seat price, $11.99, $23.99 or $99 a user a month, billed monthly. Email, WhatsApp and Telegram share one Inbox, and Claude and ChatGPT connect over MCP.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Breakcold cost?

One plan at $99 a month with one seat included and $10 for each extra seat. Billed annually it is 20% less.

Does Breakcold support WhatsApp and Telegram?

Yes, both, alongside LinkedIn and email in one inbox. PromptLab has WhatsApp, Telegram and email in its shared Inbox but doesn't offer LinkedIn messages there.

Does Breakcold have quotes or sample tracking?

No. Breakcold lets you build custom objects, but nothing for samples, quotes, price lists or sales orders is ready-made.

How does Breakcold charge for AI?

The $99 plan includes 3,000 AI CRM actions. Call recording, AI workflows and email or phone lookups spend tokens beyond that.

Can I move from Breakcold to PromptLab?

Yes. Export your list as CSV or Excel, then select Import on PromptLab's Accounts, Contacts or Deals list and map the columns, custom fields included.
