Pricing: $25 to $550 a user against $99 plus $10 a seat
Salesforce's five editions run from $25 to $550 a user a month, billed annually. Breakcold has one plan at $99 a month with one seat included, then $10 for each extra seat, and 20% less when billed annually.
For a single user, Salesforce's $25 entry edition is the cheaper start. Each extra seat costs $10 on Breakcold, against at least $25 on Salesforce. At five users, Salesforce's entry edition costs $125 a month and Breakcold $139, or $111.20 billed annually. Call recording adds $50 a user on Salesforce through Sales Engagement, another $250 a month for those five.
Meetings, recording and AI
Breakcold includes a meeting recorder, summaries, follow-up drafts and CRM autofill on its one plan. Beyond 3,000 included AI actions, AI use is metered in tokens.
Salesforce sells recording, summaries and follow-up drafts in Sales Engagement, a $50 add-on per user a month. Filling CRM fields from calls starts at $195, and it brings Agentforce AI as well.
Claude, ChatGPT and MCP
Breakcold supports Claude, ChatGPT and MCP on its single plan. Salesforce supports MCP too, but from $195 a user a month, billed annually.
For five users, that's $975 a month on Salesforce against $139 on Breakcold.
Quotes, orders and price lists
Salesforce is stronger here: quotes, sales orders and price lists start on Pro Suite at $100 a user a month. Breakcold has none of them, though it lets you build custom objects.
Samples are the gap they share. Neither tracks them out of the box.
Messaging and sign-in
Breakcold includes WhatsApp, Telegram and LinkedIn. Salesforce sells WhatsApp as an add-on, doesn't support Telegram and reaches LinkedIn through its marketplace.
Both include workflows and email sync, and both have an API, though Salesforce's starts at $195. Single sign-on comes with Salesforce; Breakcold doesn't offer it.
We make PromptLab, so here is why product teams pick it over both.
