Pricing: $7 to $150 a seat against $99 plus $10 a seat
HubSpot has four plans. Its CRM is free, and paid Sales Hub plans run from $7 a seat a month, billed annually, to $150 for the top plan. Professional and Enterprise add a one-off onboarding fee of $1,500 to $3,500.
Breakcold has one plan: $99 a month with one seat included, then $10 for each extra seat, and 20% less when billed annually. Say a team of five: Breakcold costs $139 a month, or $111.20 billed annually, against $35 on HubSpot's $7 Starter plan. Once the team needs call recording, HubSpot's Professional plan at $90 a seat puts the same five at $450 a month, plus the onboarding fee.
Calls, meetings and AI
Breakcold puts call recording, meeting summaries, follow-up drafts and CRM autofill on its one plan, and supports Claude, ChatGPT and MCP. The catch is metering: beyond 3,000 included AI actions, AI use is charged in tokens.
HubSpot spreads the same tools across plans. Meeting summaries come with the entry plan, but call recording, follow-up drafts and CRM autofill start on Professional at $90 a seat. It supports MCP too, and includes a call dialer that Breakcold doesn't have.
Messaging and LinkedIn
This is Breakcold's home ground. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email share one inbox, and all three chat channels are included.
HubSpot sells WhatsApp as an add-on, doesn't support Telegram, and keeps LinkedIn profile saving for its $150 plan.
Automation, security and marketing
Both include workflows, an API and email sync. HubSpot offers single sign-on from its $150 plan, and Breakcold doesn't offer it.
HubSpot also brings marketing tools that go far beyond a sales CRM. Breakcold stays focused on the sales conversation, aimed at agencies, startups and consultants.
We make PromptLab, so here is why product teams pick it over both.
Why PromptLab is the better choice for teams that sell products
PromptLab is a CRM for B2B teams that sell products. On their entry plans, neither HubSpot nor Breakcold includes quotes, sales orders, sample tracking and price lists. PromptLab has all of them on every plan, from $11.99 a user a month.
Quotes without a second hub
PromptLab keeps quotes, price lists and sales orders on the account and the deal, from the $11.99 Basic plan. There is nothing extra to buy and no custom object to build first.

Frequently asked questions
Is Breakcold cheaper than HubSpot?
Not on HubSpot's entry plans: its CRM is free and Starter is $7 a seat a month, billed annually, against $99 a month for Breakcold's one plan with a seat included. Once you need call recording it flips from two seats: HubSpot records calls from Professional at $90 a seat, so two seats cost $180 a month, while Breakcold includes recording and two seats cost $109.
Does Breakcold have a free trial?
Yes. HubSpot also offers a free trial, plus a free CRM.
Does Breakcold support WhatsApp and Telegram?
Yes, both, alongside LinkedIn and email in one inbox. HubSpot offers WhatsApp as an add-on and doesn't support Telegram.
Does either include quotes?
Not in the base product. HubSpot's quotes sit in the separate Revenue Hub, and Breakcold has no quotes, though it lets you build custom objects.
Is there an alternative to HubSpot and Breakcold for teams that sell products?
PromptLab. It is a CRM for B2B teams that sell products, with quotes, price lists, sales orders and sample tracking, recorded and summarised meetings, and email, WhatsApp and Telegram in one inbox, on every plan from $11.99 a user a month with a 14-day free trial.
