ALTERNATIVES TOBreakcoldRanked for B2B product sales#11PromptLabOUR PICK

Breakcold is an AI-native CRM built for social selling. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email share one inbox, there is a meeting recorder, and Claude, ChatGPT and MCP come on one $99-a-month plan that includes one seat. For agencies, startups and consultants working LinkedIn, it is a sharp tool.

Teams that sell physical products tend to hit two walls. The records a product sale runs on are missing, and the AI is metered. PromptLab is the alternative we recommend for that kind of team, and the sections below place the other six fairly.

Why teams leave Breakcold

Breakcold's own pricing and feature list explain most of it.

  • No quotes, samples, price lists or sales orders. You can build custom objects, but nothing for these comes ready-made. Someone on your team has to design and maintain them.
  • AI is metered in tokens. The $99 plan includes 3,000 AI CRM actions. Call recording, AI workflows and email or phone lookups spend tokens, and Breakcold's own example puts 300 active contacts at about $90 a month extra.
  • One plan, one price shape. Extra seats are $10 each, and Breakcold says billing annually costs 20% less. That is simple, but a small team pays for the $99 base before it adds anyone.
  • No dialer and no SSO. A team that needs a dialer or single sign-on has to look elsewhere.

Prices are per user a month unless stated, as of 30 September 2026. Breakcold is $99 a month with one seat included, plus $10 per extra seat, and AI use beyond the included actions is billed in tokens.

What two users cost: an example

Take a two-person sales team. On PromptLab's Basic plan that is 2 x $11.99, or $23.98 a month billed monthly, with recording, summaries, follow-up drafts and Ask AI included in the seat. On Breakcold it is $109: the $99 plan plus a $10 extra seat, before any token top-ups.

The gap narrows as the team grows, because Breakcold's extra seats are $10 each. From seven users it costs less than our Professional plan, and from 45 users less than Basic, before any tokens. Run the sum with your own headcount.

The best Breakcold alternatives

1

PromptLab

Our pick
AI-native CRM for product sales
Paid plans, a month$11.99 – $99 per seat

Best for: B2B teams that sell physical products

We built PromptLab for manufacturers and distributors, so the product-sale records are not something you design. Samples, quotes, customer price lists and sales orders sit on the account and the deal on every plan, from $11.99 a user a month, billed monthly.

You keep much of what Breakcold buyers like. Email, WhatsApp and Telegram share one Inbox, meetings are recorded and summarised, and Claude or ChatGPT connect over MCP. AI is included in the seat price, so there is no token balance to watch. Before each meeting, we prepare a brief from the account's history.

The honest limit: Breakcold has a LinkedIn inbox and we do not. Our Chrome extension saves LinkedIn profiles to the CRM and drafts opening messages, but LinkedIn messages do not appear in the Inbox.

2

Attio

AI-native CRM
Paid plans, a month$35 – $79 per seat

Best for: Teams that want to design a modern, AI-native CRM

Attio is the nearest peer in style: AI-native, flexible and polished. You define every object and attribute, and up to three seats are free. Paid plans run $35 to $79 a seat, billed annually, with MCP support.

The cost of flexibility is that quotes, price lists and orders are yours to build, and call recording and CRM autofill wait for Pro at $79. It has no WhatsApp or Telegram.

3

Pipedrive

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$14 – $79 per seat

Best for: Reps who want an easy pipeline with built-in AI

Pipedrive is one of the easiest sales CRMs to learn. Its Nova AI adds pre-call briefs, call recording and CRM updates on every plan, from $14 a seat a month billed annually, and there is an MCP server.

Workflows, a dialer and WhatsApp start at $39, quotes at $59, and Telegram is not supported. Samples, price lists and sales orders are missing.

4

HubSpot

Enterprise suite
Paid plans, a month$7 – $150 per seat

Best for: Teams that want a large suite and ecosystem

HubSpot has a free CRM, paid Sales Hub plans from $7 to $150 a seat, billed annually, and MCP support. Meeting summaries are included from the entry plan, and it has a built-in dialer.

Call recording, follow-up drafts and CRM autofill start at $90, WhatsApp is an add-on and LinkedIn tools start at $150. Professional and Enterprise carry a $1,500 to $3,500 onboarding fee.

5

Close

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$9 – $139 per seat

Best for: Teams whose reps work the phone

Close is a calling-first CRM, with a built-in dialer, email, SMS and WhatsApp, and Chloe, its AI teammate, summarising calls on every plan. It supports MCP.

Plans run $9 to $139 a seat, billed annually, with pipelines from $35 and workflows from $99. There are no quotes, samples or price lists, no LinkedIn tool and no Telegram.

6

monday CRM

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$12 – $28 per seat

Best for: Teams that want flexible boards and quotes in the base plan

monday CRM runs from $12 to $28 a seat, billed annually, with quotes from Basic. The AI notetaker, workflows, dialer and email sync start on Standard at $17, and MCP is supported.

Sales orders, samples and price lists are missing, and there is no WhatsApp, Telegram or LinkedIn tool.

7

Zoho CRM

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$14 – $52 per seat

Best for: Cost-conscious teams that want quotes, orders and price books

Zoho CRM is free for up to three users, with paid plans from $14 to $52 a seat, billed annually. Quotes, sales orders and price books start at $23, WhatsApp is supported and so is MCP.

Samples are not modelled, call recording comes via marketplace apps, and Telegram is not supported.

How to choose

Choose by what your deals are made of.

  • LinkedIn outreach is the main motion: stay on Breakcold.
  • Samples, quotes, price lists and orders: PromptLab.
  • You want to design the data model yourself: Attio.
  • You want a simple pipeline with calls: Pipedrive or Close.

Then ask how AI is charged. A per-seat price is easy to forecast, while a token balance depends on how many calls you record and how many contacts you keep active. Our plans are on the pricing page. For a direct view, read Breakcold vs PromptLab, and for the AI side read Best AI CRM.

Breakcold alternatives: common questions

What is the best alternative to Breakcold?

For teams that sell physical products, PromptLab. It adds samples, quotes, price lists and sales orders, and keeps the WhatsApp, Telegram and meeting recording you get with Breakcold. Claude and ChatGPT connect over MCP too. Attio is the nearest alternative if you want a flexible AI-native design.

Does Breakcold charge for AI?

Its $99 plan includes 3,000 AI CRM actions, and beyond that use is metered in tokens. PromptLab includes AI in the per-seat price, so there is no token balance.

Is PromptLab cheaper than Breakcold?

For a small team, yes: two users cost $23.98 a month on our Basic plan against $109 on Breakcold. For a large team, Breakcold's $10 extra seats can come out cheaper, so price your own headcount. See Breakcold pricing.

Does PromptLab have a LinkedIn inbox?

No. The Chrome extension saves LinkedIn profiles, drafts opening messages and creates tasks, but LinkedIn messages are not in the Inbox. Breakcold is stronger here.

Can I import my Breakcold data?

Yes. Export your list as CSV or Excel, then click Import on our Accounts, Contacts or Deals list and map the columns, custom fields included.
