Close is priced from $9 to $139 a seat a month, billed annually, and the low end needs a second look. The $9 Solo plan has no pipeline. Pipelines start on Essentials at $35, and workflow automation on Growth at $99.

Close is a calling-first CRM, and it earns its price if your reps live on the phone. A team that sells products also needs quotes, samples and price lists, and Close doesn't offer them at any price. Here is what each step costs for 5, 10 and 25 users, from Close's pricing page as checked on 30 September 2026.

What does each Close plan include?

There are four plans: Solo at $9, Essentials at $35, Growth at $99 and a top plan at $139. The calling side comes first. The dialer, email and SMS are built in, every plan records calls, and Chloe, Close's AI teammate, summarises them and updates records. The API, MCP and WhatsApp come with every plan too.

Essentials adds pipelines, and Growth adds workflow automation. Power and Predictive dialling sit on the higher plans, and for a high-volume outbound team they are the heart of Close.

Which Close plan do you need for each feature?

A tick means the $9 Solo plan has it. "From $35/month" names the cheapest plan that does.

Start with the top of the table. Pipelines aren't on the entry plan, and quotes, sales orders, sample tracking and price lists aren't offered at all, so a quote goes out from a spreadsheet the CRM never sees. Follow-up email drafts are missing too, so the email after a call is still the rep's job. There's no way to save LinkedIn profiles, and single sign-on is Google only.

How much does Close cost for 5, 10 and 25 users?

Yearly seat totals, billed annually, at Solo, at Essentials (the first plan with pipelines) and at Growth (the first with workflows).

Plan5 users10 users25 users
Solo ($9 a seat a month)$540 (5 × $9 × 12)$1,080 (10 × $9 × 12)$2,700 (25 × $9 × 12)
Essentials ($35 a seat a month)$2,100 (5 × $35 × 12)$4,200 (10 × $35 × 12)$10,500 (25 × $35 × 12)
Growth ($99 a seat a month)$5,940 (5 × $99 × 12)$11,880 (10 × $99 × 12)$29,700 (25 × $99 × 12)

A 10-person team that wants a pipeline pays $4,200 a year on Essentials. Add workflow automation and the same team pays $11,880 on Growth.

Does Close have hidden costs?

The figures we checked name no onboarding fee and no paid add-ons. The cost to plan for is the missing records. Quotes, samples and price lists aren't part of Close, so a product team keeps them in spreadsheets or a second tool, and pays for that in time.

The plan ladder matters too. With pipelines on Essentials and workflows on Growth, the $9 Solo price is not what a working sales team pays per seat.

Close vs PromptLab on price

PromptLab is priced per user in three plans: Basic at $11.99 a month or $99 a year, Professional at $23.99 a month or $199 a year, and Enterprise at $99 a month or $948 a year. Pipelines, workflows and quotes are all on Basic. We have no free plan, and Basic and Professional start with a 14-day free trial.

5 users$2,100$5,940$495$719.40
10 users$4,200$11,880$990$1,438.80
25 users$10,500$29,700$2,475$3,597

Our columns are seats × $99 billed yearly, or seats × $11.99 × 12 billed monthly.

Close's Solo plan, at $9 a seat billed annually, costs less than our $11.99 monthly price, though not less than our Basic billed yearly ($108 a seat a year against $99). It also has no pipeline. Close also puts its dialer on every plan, with SMS built in, where our dialer starts on Professional at $23.99, so a team that lives on the phone gets more calling for its money there. For a team whose deals run on quotes and samples, a 10-person team pays $990 a year on our Basic, against $4,200 on Essentials or $11,880 on Growth, and gets quotes, sample tracking, price lists, sales orders and workflow automation as well.

Is Close worth it for a product sales team?

Close is the stronger pick for a high-volume calling team, and its dialer is its core. If your deals run through quotes, samples and customer meetings, as they do at manufacturers and distributors, a Close seat with a pipeline costs about three times our monthly price and still leaves the order side out. We recommend PromptLab. See the Close vs PromptLab comparison, our Close review, Close alternatives or the pricing page.
