Pipedrive review

Our Pipedrive review for B2B product sales: its easy pipeline and Nova AI, and the missing samples, price lists and sales orders around the deal.

REVIEW 2026Pipedrive

We make PromptLab, a competing CRM, so weigh this accordingly. Pipedrive's prices and plan limits here are from its own site as of 30 September 2026, and we say plainly what it does better.

The verdict: Pipedrive is one of the easiest sales CRMs to learn, and its Nova AI puts call recording and CRM updates on every plan. Around the deal it is bare for product sellers: no samples, price lists or sales orders, and quotes wait for Premium.

What Pipedrive does well

The pipeline is the product. Pipedrive is built around the deal pipeline, and it is one of the easiest sales CRMs to learn. Many reps already know its pipeline view.

Nova gives AI to every plan. Pre-call briefs, call recording, meeting summaries and CRM fields filled in from calls are included from the $14 plan, billed annually. Even the entry tier builds reports from a typed prompt.

Claude and ChatGPT can connect. An MCP server comes with the plans, and so does an API.

A large marketplace and mobile apps. Its marketplace lists more than 500 apps, and there are mobile apps for reps on the road. Single sign-on is included.

Four plans, with a free trial. Prices run from $14 to $79 a seat a month, billed annually.

Where Pipedrive falls short for B2B product sales

The gaps sit around the deal, which is exactly where a product business spends its time.

  • No sample tracking. Who got a trial batch lives in a spreadsheet.
  • No customer price lists and no sales orders. Pipedrive has a product catalogue, but not a price per customer, so reps quote from memory or a file.
  • Quotes wait for Premium at $59 a seat a month, billed annually.
  • Workflow automation and full email sync start on Growth at $39. A Lite team at $14 sets follow-ups by hand.
  • WhatsApp starts at $39 too, and Telegram isn't supported.
  • Follow-up email drafts start at $59, and the call dialer at $39.
  • LinkedIn is a marketplace app, not part of the product.

The plan a product team needs is therefore not the $14 one. Add quotes, WhatsApp and automation and you are on Premium at $59, and the samples are still missing. Our Pipedrive pricing post shows the totals.
