The best Pipedrive alternatives for teams that outgrow a simple pipeline: samples, price lists, sales orders, WhatsApp and Telegram, with prices.

Pipedrive does one thing very well: it shows every deal on a pipeline that a new rep understands in an afternoon. Teams rarely leave because the pipeline is wrong. They leave because the business grows around the deal, and the CRM has nothing to hold it.

If you sell products, that means samples, customer price lists and sales orders, none of which Pipedrive keeps. The best Pipedrive alternative for that team is PromptLab. Below are six others, ranked for people who have outgrown a pipeline-only CRM. Prices are per user a month, as of 30 September 2026.

Why teams leave Pipedrive

Pipedrive's reasons are about what sits around the deal, and which plan you need to reach it.

  • No order side. There are no samples, price lists or sales orders. Who received a trial batch, and at what agreed price, ends up in a spreadsheet.
  • Plans gate the basics. Pipedrive has four plans from $14 to $79 billed annually. Workflow automation, full email sync, WhatsApp and the dialer start on Growth at $39. Quotes and follow-up drafts start on Premium at $59.
  • No Telegram. WhatsApp arrives at $39, but buyers who order on Telegram stay outside the CRM.
  • AI that can't see orders. Nova is good at meetings, but an assistant can only answer from what the CRM stores.

In fairness, Pipedrive wins on a marketplace of 500+ apps, mobile apps and a pipeline view many reps already know. If your process is a clean pipeline, it may be all you need.

The best Pipedrive alternatives

1

PromptLab

Our pick
AI-native CRM for product sales
Paid plans, a month$11.99 – $99 per seat

Best for: Sellers of physical products who need more than a pipeline

Keep the deal pipeline your reps like and add the records Pipedrive leaves out. PromptLab logs every sample request on the account and the deal, keeps each customer's price list beside it, and holds quotes and sales orders on the same deal, all from the $11.99 Basic plan. Reps quote from agreed prices, not memory.

Workflow automation and email capture (Gmail, Outlook or IMAP) are on Basic too, where Pipedrive needs the $39 plan. WhatsApp and Telegram threads land in the shared Inbox beside email. Ask AI answers questions such as "what did this customer order last quarter?" in plain words. The gaps: no marketplace of 500+ apps like Pipedrive's, and no free plan. See Pipedrive vs PromptLab.

2

Zoho CRM

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$14 – $52 per seat

Best for: Teams that want quotes and orders at a low price

Zoho CRM is free for three users, then $14 to $52 billed annually. Quotes, sales orders and price books start at $23, below Pipedrive's $59 for quotes, and WhatsApp works inside it.

Samples aren't modelled, there are no AI meeting summaries, and recording needs marketplace telephony apps. See Pipedrive vs Zoho CRM.

3

HubSpot

Enterprise suite
Paid plans, a month$7 – $150 per seat

Best for: Teams whose growth comes from marketing

HubSpot has a free CRM and a $7 Starter plan billed annually, with marketing tools few rivals match. Workflows and email sync are in its entry plan, where Pipedrive's Lite has neither.

It gets expensive for recording and quotes: call recording starts at $90, quoting sits in Revenue Hub, and Professional and Enterprise add a $1,500 to $3,500 onboarding fee. Read HubSpot vs Pipedrive.

4

Close

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$9 – $139 per seat

Best for: Teams that sell by phone

Close is calling-first, with the dialer, email and SMS built in and its AI teammate Chloe summarising calls on every plan. WhatsApp is supported. Plans run $9 to $139 billed annually.

For product sales, quotes, samples and price lists are missing, pipelines start at $35 and workflows at $99. See Close vs Pipedrive.

5

monday CRM

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$12 – $28 per seat

Best for: Teams that want to shape their own boards

monday CRM starts at $12 billed annually and includes quotes on the first plan, which Pipedrive holds for $59. It is flexible and easy to adapt, particularly if monday.com already runs your projects.

Sales orders, samples and price lists aren't there, and the AI notetaker, automations and email sync start on Standard at $17. WhatsApp and Telegram aren't supported. See Pipedrive vs monday CRM.

6

Copper

Sales CRM
Paid plans, a month$23 – $99 per seat

Best for: Google Workspace teams

Copper runs inside Gmail and Calendar, adds prospects from LinkedIn without switching tabs, and syncs Drive and Contacts on every plan. Three plans run $23 to $99 billed annually.

Quotes need a marketplace app, there is no sales order or sample tracking, and Basic stops at 2,500 contacts. See Pipedrive vs Copper.

7

Salesforce

Enterprise suite
Paid plans, a month$25 – $550 per seat

Best for: Teams ready for a full platform

Salesforce sits at the other end from Pipedrive: five editions from $25 to $550 billed annually, Agentforce AI and AppExchange. Quotes, price lists and orders start at $100.

It needs far more setup, usually an admin or partner, and call recording is a $50 add-on. See Salesforce vs Pipedrive.

What you keep and what you give up by leaving Pipedrive

A fair test before you move is a short list of what your reps use every day.

You keep: a visual deal pipeline, pre-meeting briefs, meeting recording and summaries, CRM fields filled in from calls, and an MCP connection for Claude or ChatGPT. Most of the alternatives above cover some of these. PromptLab covers all of them on Basic, apart from unlimited autofill fields, which start on Professional at $23.99.

You give up: Pipedrive's long marketplace and its mobile apps. If a rep depends on one specific integration, check it before you commit. PromptLab connects to Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce and HubSpot, plus WhatsApp and Telegram, and has an API and webhooks from Professional.

You gain: the order side of the deal. A rep sees what was sampled, quoted and ordered on one account, and a manager sees it in reports and dashboards on pipeline and revenue.

How to choose

Look at what your reps still do outside the CRM.

  • Samples and price lists in a spreadsheet: PromptLab.
  • Quotes and orders inside a broad suite: Zoho CRM.
  • Marketing is the engine: HubSpot.
  • Phone-heavy outbound: Close.
  • Everything lives in Gmail: Copper.

A worked example: a team of 8 that needs quotes and automation. On Pipedrive that is Premium at $59, so 8 x $59 = $472 a month billed annually. On PromptLab Basic it is 8 x $11.99 = $95.92 a month billed monthly, with samples, price lists and sales orders included. See the Pipedrive pricing guide.
