What is a recruiting list template?
A recruiting list is a candidate pipeline built from people who are already contacts: a stage for each person, a rating and the role they are being considered for. It suits hiring from your own network, where the candidate is often someone you have emailed before.
In PromptLab it is a list over your contacts with three columns, Stage, Rating and Role, and a board grouped by stage. For a full applicant tracker with source, salary and resumes, use the Candidates template instead.
What's inside
| Field | Type | Choices and details |
|---|---|---|
| Contacts | Your CRM record | The contacts in the list |
| Stage | Status | New, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired, Rejected |
| Rating | Number | |
| Role | Text |
1Stage, rating and role
Stage runs New, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired and Rejected. Rating is a number and Role a line of text. In the example, Aisha Khan is at Interview for Account Executive with a rating of 5, and Daniel Kim has an offer for Support Lead.

2Filled from your own contacts
On install, the list is filled with your workspace's most recent contacts and example values; set each person's real stage and role, or remove the ones who aren't candidates. A new workspace with no contacts yet starts with an empty list. Drag a card between columns to move someone to the next stage.
